To whom will the profit from the auction go? Is it to Jiang Hu? Is it indicated in the drama if all the other subsidiaries were auctioned as well or there are others where nobody is interested? I wonder if in real life, this case happened, i.e. nobody wants to buy a subsidiary, what will happen to that company?

Can you refresh me the reason why Free Unicorn went bankrupt? From what I understand, the "questionable" person who Gao Yi introduced to JH's father was caught. So, why can't they just get the money back from him? They can always follow the paper trail so they can recover the money they (Jiang family) lost, right?

My understanding is Teng Yue is owned by Free Unicorn. So, if Free Unicorn has a new owner, shouldn't Teng Yue be included there? Also, what exactly was purchased by Baoxing during the auction? Is it only the land where the Teng Yue factory stands? Why is Xu Si lording over Jiang Hu at that time?

Same here. I couldn’t recall what prompted me to watch this drama because I normally like youth dramas and fluffs. I haven’t even watched the trailer going into this. I don’t know much about the characters. I only watched Gong Jun once in Begin Again and I didn’t even realize that Elaine was the same girl in The Furthest Distance (another currently airing drama). I just came across a reel where ML saved FL from jumping off a building and something about what he said got me curious. Maybe that’s what made me try episode1. Then the rest followed. Now, I’m hooked, line and sinker, with this drama. I can postpone other dramas in my watchlist but not this one. Hehehe!

Hahaha! Yeah, this is quite common in dramas (not only cdramas) but this is the first one I watched where the person dragged inside the car escaped on the other door. 😅 What the heck were others thinking that makes the car look like a prison cell? Atta girl we have! Beautiful with a common sense. Hehehe!
