shen li is powerful but the ml slightly overpower her (granted with his status) and i just think she is slightly the more disadvantages party in their romance compared to ml

gjm drama never had good writing and always hard to keep you engaged plus always felt so long 😭 but i do watch for the aesthetic and the cast, never for the plot bc he is a bad writer

in term of plot creativity in regards to fantasy & historical genre, i have always prefer cdrama

there is nothing chaste about love designer and it is dilireba best chemistry. in fact i think she is just following director guide bc i have seen love designer and the one with yang yang, both are definitely not some pecking

genuine question did you enjoy first 3 ep of when brings the demon? bc i personally struggle with it. so if you did and struggle with this, maybe we just have different taste!

i have watched like 8 ep of when destiny bring demon tbf i stil not feeling the chemistry so i drop it at the moment. but genuinely it does not weird that an actor is off in some shows. i like arthur and i do think at times his acting a bit off here but i still think he is a good actor. and i have felt this for many actor /actress that i like too.

indeed but their opinion is not actually valid in regards of the quality of the drama. mysterious lotus casebook is very popular drama, and i tried 3 times watching it bc of the hype but the first few ep were so boring. but i still pushed through till the end and it became my most fav ever.

i really beg to differ bc i thought they had amazing chemistry. while second couple is cute, their story felt rushed hence i cannot feel anything bc every scene i keep asking 'why did this man suddenly caring abt he yan?' unlike the romance between lead couple, we see every step of them falling in love, and i like it a lot.

it is not that they are being dumb, but being in higher ups you dont immediately just kill people off eventho they do bad thing. just like human relationship with God.

this remind me again to start watching them. maybe after i finish with this show and yummy yummy yummy 🤗

absolutely loving the chemistry shown by our leads in EP10. what a lovely couple they are and HE SIMU IS SUPER CUTEEEEEEE i would fell for her too ngl, she was just like a toddler and she makes me wanro squish her so bad 😭

throughout the period when he was in the organisation his family iirc found a fake duan xu and later he switch again with the fake duan xu, reclaiming his og identity, forming a cooperation with fake duan xu

i hope the same he is actuallymy fav character (in the sense of long lasting impact in the story)

i get it but he hasnt really done anything very annoying so far. we were told by others of what he did, but we didnt see it. the only thing we see is the confrontation in the palace which isnt even that bad imo. and there is only one appearance of him iirc

Special mention: when duan xu passed through he simu body and she discover he is her spell beared

anyway im actually scared bc they already covered like middle chapter of the novel, my guess is they make the changes in the middle of the story and i can only hope and pray that it is a good changes
