Call me crazy but I don’t want MW to become human again. I think she is great as this immortal.
technically she still is human right, didn't Ma Go say that time stopped for her because she was tied to the hotel, so theoretically if this was all to reconcile her heart and time started again, wouldn't she still be a human and live out the rest of her life?, she should only lose her supernatural powers but I wouldn't think she would die right away, guess we'll have to see what the Hong sisters do
it's a Hong sisters drama, nothing else needs to be said
I was never interested in Warm and Cozy so it's the only one I haven't seen. And I will agree with you on Big, I think the end of that one is what killed it's rating because it was pretty enjoyable until that point. The only part of Hwayugi I didn't particularly like was the whole dragon fight scene. I'm not sure whether that was their fault or maybe the director and the CGI teams fault but something else could have been done. I can say I've only given one 10 and two 9's for their body of work but I wouldn't say they are hit and miss. They always have unique characters and relationships, and even the supporting characters have a chance to steal scenes. It could just be me but I at least reasonably believe I'm gonna be entertained when they come out with a new drama. There are very few times where I see who the screenwriter(s) is and click add to list without even caring who the cast members are.
She is definitely one of the Queen's of daily dramas. I first saw her in 2010 in Daring Women where she plays a woman that takes a huge amount of abuse caused by her mother/sister in laws for a good chunk of the drama. After that I have tried to watch whatever she is in.
she plays quite a few mom characters but the one I remember the most is 2010 Daring Women where she played one of the most vile mother in laws I've ever seen in a drama, you know she's a good actress cause she makes you hate the character from the first episode
if its as good as the original then I'll probably watch it, I don't much care about Lee Dong Gun, but Sae Ron is a great young actress, be interesting to see what her part is
I actually liked this drama. Not overly dramatic like a lot of shows in this genre, the main couple had good chemistry, the right amount of comedy, a good plot twist, and several interesting side characters. I think my favorite side character was "mistake girl", and if you watch it you'll know who I mean because she didn't disappoint, right to the end.
it was on ok drama, my problem was there were too many things that were not believable or had no reasoning behind them in the last 4 or 5 episodes, it started out good but started to flounder halfway
I would say its an average drama. The only thing that I really disliked was I felt the extra bit at the end was unnecessary. They clearly added that as one of those "and the moral of the story is" type scenes.
The more I see comments saying that certain characters are pissing them off, the more I think the acting must be good. If they are evoking an emotional response, then it must be a good drama.
