I really expected Gem to be a baritone given his low speaking voice. Fourth seems to be able to do baritone and tenor pitches. I’ve noticed a lot Thai BL actors have high singing voices.

I have no idea. I just say somewhere that he didn’t want to do another one but agreed after talking to Boun, the writer and director I guess.

I CANNOT wait to see how Title and Ton do as a couple! They are both really good actors and I’m curious to see how Ton does with a romantic role. I’ve only seen him in comedic parts, but he’s so good, I think he’s capable of pulling it off.

They were very sweet and I liked how they ended it, but as adults they should have had at least some kisses and physical intimacy, not sex, but closeness. I’m still waiting for the GL with the two women. I loved them.

God I hope this isn’t their new series they announced a few days ago. Rumor has it Prem didn’t want to do another BL, but agreed to do one more. I hope it’s not this one. I realize that may not be a popular opinion, but I’d just like a good story from them and not some campy vampire thing.

Oh so Nunew covered the song too. I like his version the best. There’s something weird with the Tilly Birds version. Is that the original song?

In episode 6, didn’t they play a song by Nunew from Cutie Pie?

I love how gawky and awkward they are. Very cute. Also, Sound looks like Cooper from My Engineer and Yin from Love Mechanics had a baby, lol.

I think there’s wide variety in the quality of shows from all the countries to be honest. I have seen really good and really bad series from all of them. But Japanese and Korean shows make up my top 10 favorites with maybe one Thai show making it too.

To be honest the whole first season and special episode were kind of off for me. I haven’t seen the second season, so I can judge it.

Some of the Japanese BL's are actually among my favorites. Old fashion cupcake, Eternal Yesterday, My beautiful man, Cherry Magic & The Man who defies the world of bl to name just a few. They usually are visually beautiful and well acted. Of course they don’t offer much in the way of kissing or passion for the most part. I was just surprised at the low level of the production of this series. I would rate Japanese and Korean BL’s over most Thai ones for visual quality and acting in general.

I’m going to have to rewatch it and look for him.

Love the inside joke about Bad Buddy and the Scrubb reference in episode 3. The expectations of Tinn versus the reality are funny too.

Yeah they did a good job with the casting and they both have pretty good voices. So many times even Thai actors with bad voices get to sing on their shows or at least do a song for the show.

I was really surprised that his singing voice is so high given how deep his speaking voice is.

I just started this show and I can’t believe how young the leads are! They’re both 18 and could literally still be in high school. What a lot to take on and with a musical show as well. Good for them.

Totally agree. I’ll see how far I get with MSP.
