idk if it's because he early in the episodes figure he liked her, or the sister thing came right in between them…
I like the sister and wish the secretary get over what ever is holding him back. But there are 6 episodes left and a lot can happen, but it won't be as nice seeing both ships enjoying each other's company and not having a break up.
Welp, i was just coming here to ask how it is.... guess I'm passing lol
Thank you. I have to watch from the beginning with Eng subs but the romantic in me will think that both are glad to be back together. I don't think that there will be a crisis that will force them apart in the future.
Proper siege warfare, the scaling ladders would be supported by archers to sweep away the defenders at top. But…
The problem would be finding long sturdy wood or bamboo of sufficient length to reach the top of the walls. You can tie lengths together, but they would be less sturdy. Being thinner and hollow, bamboo might be easier to set alight. Probably siege towers would be used, but it would cost more to produce for battle scenes. An assault on a walled city before the use of cannons would be a contest of which side would give up or be overwhelmed by numbers. The Mongols used conscripted troops while saving their own warriors. Kinda like what the Russians are doing in the Ukraine right now with convicts and mercenaries being used. The other tactic would be to put everyone to the sword and let the word spread to the other cities. Very brutal but effective. Don't think I want to see that on the screen.
Ep.27… i always love the war scene😍 but why they didn’t move / burn the ladders away so that enemies couldn’t…
Proper siege warfare, the scaling ladders would be supported by archers to sweep away the defenders at top. But the number of ladders would tend to spread out the defenders. The men who scale the ladders would be shock troops or promised a reward if they are successful and survive. Also trying to push away a ladder from the top is not as easy as it seems as the weight of the ladder make movement difficult. Men also would try to anchor the bottom of the ladder. Setting fire to wood isn't as easy nor as quick as one might think. The ladder assault will probably come early before the defenders are organized or after a protracted siege has starved or sickened the defenders. just my two cents worth
I loved Julia Xiang in Forever Love. I am surprised she has been cast in a supporting role here. Does she have…
From my post below. I like Julia Xiang fro Love in Time. Minor role. She got fired and Pan couldn't get to her waiting with her box in front of her office building. She decided to take a taxi and break up with him by phone. Pan ended up renting a bike and cycled to her in the rain but got there just after she left. He chased for a while on the bike, but gave up. Later Zuo Na mentioned that she talked to her about the break up and Pan asked if Jiao Rao had anything to say to him. No. Later another friend said that he saw her sitting at a table with another guy. Pan never tried to contact her after the break up. In ep. 36 Zuo Na mentioned something the ex-GF said, but it was about Life and not towards Pan. I think that the ex-GF couldn't bear that Pan was successful and that she wasn't.
Small gem that can catch you unaware. I especially liked the two kids as it is not anyone who can openly chase after someone she fancies like that. Jihyung was blessed and cursed to know her.
If you are still interested in looking for eng. subs, look for Hi Dracula at dramacool. Just re-watched the second half and tears for Yura and Jiyhung.
