Not the ML but the guy bent on revenge. His sister. But then the DNA of the ML's "son" wouldn't match with the FL's "daughter." I guess what people here have been saying makes sense. The ML and the FL's sister had a relationship and the ML ended up with the boy. But how was he not aware of the FL as her sister? That there were two babies?

I think he really liked her from HS but there was something that held him back. Perhaps because he wasn't rich like her. He went to an ordinary college after he moved away quickly. Haven't explained why. He remembered small things about her from back then. I think he also kept her present that she threw down that day. ep. 9 isn't as sweet, though/
