Now that it appears as if "old" Joe in "new" Joe's body and Ming are going to get "back" together, it's time for me to drop it. Honestly, there are (3) eps. left and exactly what other story plot issues are left to resolve???
And btw, I'm not sure that old Joe's spirit has even the right to prostitute himself to Ming in new Joe's body (even if it is to get a house for new Joe's mom). There's something bizarrly wrong about that!! LMFAO!
A bunch of words about Ming & Joe EP 4.Joe having been hit by Ming was a tipping point which drastically altered…
Wow! Interstingly analytical analysis of Ming's behavior and his relationship with Joe. Toxic, manipulative, sociopathic, and hazardous, their relationship is all of that and quite a bit more. However, it should be noted that in many Western cultures, "domestic violence" isn't just a "crime of passion" (as many would see it), it is a "crime of violence" as well.
I'm not sure about any of you. BUT when Mut told Peat he doesn't "sell" himself, taking the $$$ for sex and other stuff is pretty much selling yourself! As Peat said, Mut's bought and paid for! LMFAO!
B*llsh*t! Ming doesn't deserve "Joe" back, even though we know that's how it will be! NO, I'm NOT team Ming! LMFAO! I didn't think I'd actually say this. But, here it is. I never thought they'd be able to make a GREAT series out of such a AWFUL storyline. If Poom, Up and even Mek and Porsche didn't kill with their acting abilities and knocked this series out of the park, it would've been dead by ep. 3.
Why do you all want Ming to become someone he's not 🥺?Why should he change the way he is with others? He doesn't…
Unfortunately, I must agree with you. Also, many posters here may forget that these kinds of toxicity in relationships (particularly bl relationships) or the perceptions of such relationships are NOT all that uncommon in Thai culture.
OMG! This series is good, but the story is just so f*cked up! Even if Joe's body is recovered or in a coma, yada yada yada. So, then what??? Old Joe goes back into his old body -- then what happens to new Joe? Is new Joe dead and his spirit gone? Is new Joe in old Joe's body? And, if old Joe goes back to his old body, what happens to new Joe's body? It just drops dead? Finally, why does new Joe get to survive a horrific fall and new Joe not survive an attempted drowning? Is it the karma idea that Thai people believe? I get it that Thai culture believes in reincarnation. But, wow! This series is just so f*cked up!
Despite the overwhelming opinion that Joe is in love with Ming, I still can't feel that is the case. Joe even…
Unfortunately, if the series follows the novel to its conclusion (and I'm hoping it won't), Joe and Ming get back together in the end. Man, that sucks!
I kind of like this series, but I also hate it. Because, I know that Joe and Ming get back together even with everything Ming has done to Joe. This story has absolutely NOTHING redeeming about it. But, it kind of makes sense. A wealthy narcissistic, self-serving , psychotic ends up getting what he wants, just like he said he would. And Joe (or shall I say BOTH Joes) seem to lose so much -- where's the redemption for them. The series is good. The story SUCKS!!!!
P.S. I guess my description of their relationship as "domestic violence" is probably not so accurate in Thai culture. My apologies.
