Some thoughts bout that 15 year time lap, except for the last timeline when she did what she did for his own good.
Why had he never reached out to her? 15 years is a long time. Regardless of he thought his love was unrequited, why not trying to resolve it once and for all and moved on, instead of wallowing in his broken heart for a freaking 15 years.

I disagree on this. It's not her fault but the styling team. They were supposed to style, dress the actors/actresses appropriately for their roles. And to ensure they look good on cameras is the work of the styling team and the directors.
So, It's uncalled for for him to be such an a*ss dissing the actress, scolding her, making it as if she's not good looking enough. So, why casting her in the first place.
At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was probably lost in translation or taken out of context.
And now they put unflattering pics of her online to justify his words, was like humiliating her again.

Somehow this couple reminds me of Park Park couple in strong woman Do Bong Soon.
The oozing, unmatch chemistry of these two couples are big part of their shows' success.
Even the Park Park couple have since partnered with others, they could not seem to replicate the same connection they had with each other, just imo

Yeah, that incident. But, I would say just a small set back. She ended up having a grand entrance and hijacking the thunder 🤣

Well, need to rant a bit.
First, the awful step Mom, are we going to endure her for 40 eps? Too much
Second, FL is too smart, just unreal. She knows everything, envisions everything, outsmarts everyone. So far, all the battles between her and the step Mom she won hand out 1 to nil. I would prefer to see a more vulnerable side of her. Still time I hope, we have 40 eps.
Third, I'm not that patient. I want more time of our couple. It's entertaining to see them interacting with each other, punch and counter punch.
Anyway, this is one of the few c-dramas that watch every episode without FFing.

Well, death threats are serious. If true, then it should be reported. They would block those users immediately. But you have to have proof.
Only one time that I saw outrageous comments when the user posted highly subjective sexual comments. He/she was banned right away.

MDL relies on volunteers and donations. So, I doubt they monitor each comment section.
You can report users who post outrageous comments then they will look into it. Tbh, so far, trading insults between fans and not so much fans of this show are pretty mild compared to other C-drama sites where die hard fandoms fighting with each other.

I see some comments about the age difference between the leads. I don't see it's an issue. They look good together.
Other dramas that I like such as the sword and the brocade in which the age gap is 14 years. But no one brought it up.

Re-watching and the opening scene still bugs me big time. Those idiots were watching the eclipse with naked eyes. C'mon, there is no rocket science that we need to wear protected glasses when staring at the sun.

I don't think fans or foo need to read too much into the rating here. MDL, even with ad revenue, the site is still relying on volunteers and donations. So, rating algorism won't be as sophisticated IMO. Also, rating is highly subjective either here or Viki or other sites. We know there is no such perfect show that is worth 10 and no worst show that is worth 1 or less than 1 (is it even possible to rate less than 1? I thought lowest score is 1 🤣). Still, we rate what we like or dislike.
Anyway, If I watch a show based on rating here I would miss out a lot of great shows and waste my time on what I think is subpar.

Only finished ep2 and I'm kicking my feet with excitement. She and her scheming antic tricked everyone except for ML. He saw through her. Yet, some how I feel she is still a tag ahead of him, LOL.
And ML, up until now I only saw him as 2ML or support roles which didn't really showcase his acting.
For this drama, his acting so far is sublime. And, just the way he looks at her, well, even ice can melt.

OMG, the first episode was intense! Hope the drama doesn't lose steam as it goes along.

No, I agree they are fairies so they should be more beautiful than human.
Not sure you watched Lord of the Ring trilogy. Similarly, the movies made the Elves look different from humans.
My point is that in this drama she looks older than she really is.
