I think the term tax evasion is used kind of loosely.
If intended to cheat then it's tax fraud (FBB and ZS cases).
If for some reasons did not pay tax by the deadline and did not remedy the situation when warned by the government then tax evasion (Deng Lun case)
These cases would be jail times in some countries, the US for example, not sure about China.
Also, regardless of who filed the tax on a person's behalf, that person would havet to sign the final paperwork. Then it's that person's responsibility.
For the tax fraud cases, all parties involved would be punished however.
I hope Song Zu Er's case comes out 100% clean and hope she'll sue the life out of that whistleblower.

Maybe unpopular opinion, but I have some reservations about ZHL's acting. That's why I give this a 9 or else a perfect 10 for me as I'm sure the drama is only getting better from here on.

Respect your opinions but I bet to differ. The comparison is like apple to orange. The other drama has only 14 eps so the story focuses mainly on the leads and less on 2nd characters. This drama has 36 eps and is a slice-of-life drama where not only the stories of the leads are in focus but also the life of people around them. Whether side characters of either drama are more relatable or likeable are debatable as we all have different tastes, opinions.
Like I think the boss here is a bit exaggerated for TV or couple of characters are annoying and cringe.

Just the opening music gives me chill. Then the drama's dark, ominous theme and gothic like outfits – I was like am I watching c-drama or k-drama? There are probably c-dramas like this but this is the first for me. Like everyone has said, the cinematography, fighting choreography are top notch, especially the fighting scenes in the mud. Wonder how many showers these had to take after filming LOL.
