Why Hari's decisions are fine and justified: a case. With all the Hari hate going around I figured I would make…
100% agree! Couldn’t have said it better. I’m also enjoying the trope of overbearing CEO and it’s fun to watch, but in real life Taemo’s behaviour would be a huge red flag. I felt a bit uncomfortable in episode 7 when she told him that she didn’t want to go out with him, and he basically responded with: “okay, but I am just going to ignore that, and I’ll keep pursuing you until you have feelings for me”. I would find that quite troubling in any situation but it’s even worse given that he’s her boss. It also made that sense to me that she didn’t immediately agree to date him, given that just a little while ago she thought he would fire her and he actively harassed and blackmailed her. Plus it’s only natural that she’d be worried about the different social status and the fact that he’s her boss. If they ended up breaking up, she’d probably wouldn’t be able to continue her job.
But don’t get me wrong, I am really enjoying this show! It’s so fun to watch as long as you don’t take it too seriously.
That Min Woo is so annoying, why would he check seomeone else's room ? like wtf. I have not finished episode 8…
Well, her brother told him to go into her room to look for ointment, and then he spotted the title of the document by accident. Obviously not cool to look at a personal document, but I can understand it a little bit. Same with his reaction when he saw KTM speaking to Hari. From what he would have heard, it would have sounded really dodgy and like a potentially exploitative relationship. But I seem to be the only one who has some sympathy for him haha.
In my opinion, it wasn't really 'love/attraction at firstsight ' for taemu , i think he started being affectionate…
I think he found her interesting from the start, but it wasn’t love at first sight. And I think the more he’s getting to know her, the more he likes her. Like in the last episode when she talked about her dream, you can see how he’s just falling more and more in love with her. That’s one thing I really like about them as a couple, they clearly have a lot of shared interests.
I like the drama much better than the webtoon! But I guess that just shows that people have different preferences…
If you look through the photos on MDL, there’s one of Se Jeong with pink hair. So my guess is they first tried to go with pink hair, and then changed it because it didn’t look great!
“pathetic Cdrama idiotic FL whose character cannot exist without certain affirmation from the ML”1) your stereotyping…
I can’t really relate to that. To me, the FL crying in front of the ML doesn’t come across as weak at all. There’s a lot of strength in allowing yourself to be vulnerable.
And I found the scene with her parents in Ep 5 funny rather than them throwing her under the bus. If anything, the scene showed to me that SML clearly has feelings for FL as well.
Anyway, to each their own. It’s good that you found another drama you like. I am really loving this one.
“pathetic Cdrama idiotic FL whose character cannot exist without certain affirmation from the ML”1) your stereotyping…
This just shows that people have different tastes. I read the first 30-35 episodes of the webtoon and didn’t like it, so ended up dropping it. I didn’t like the FL in the webtoon but I love her in the drama. But to each their own!
Came here to read the comments before starting to watch ep 5 and 6, and I’ve decided I’m officially done with this show. I used to like this show for its realism but Dong Ma wanting to marry SPY when he doesn’t know her at all makes no sense. She also deserves so much better - he’s controlling, obsessive, unreliable and a player who will very likely cheat on his future wife once he’s bored. And men like that don’t just suddenly change, if they try to show that it’s even less realistic. So disappointing…
Tried reading the webtoon and I'm just not into it. I think it's because the ML in this drama is less overbearing?…
I feel exactly the same! I thought it was ridiculous that the ML in the webtoon kept insisting on marrying the first person he met, when he didn’t know her at all. The kdrama makes more sense to me where he wants her to play his fake gf, and then gradually starts falling for her. And the FL in the webtoon gives me these “damsel in distress” vibes which I don’t like. Whereas Hari in the kdrama is just so funny and amazing. I really like her character!
I wonder what happened to all the Hae Ryung fans? They were so vocal about how conniving Song Won was in S1 and…
I was definitely one of the people defending her, but now I am finding her scenes more and more cringey to watch. The writers clearly hate her, so surely she will just continue embarrassing herself. My current guess is that she’ll now turn her attention to Dong Ma, who seems to be interested in SPY. And ultimately, Dong Ma and SPY will end up together, while Hye-Ryung will most likely just be miserable and alone. Or maybe back with her ex, now that Song Won is dead, with both of them miserable. I feel quite sorry for SPY though. Sure, Dong Ma is very attractive (possibly the only reason I am still following this), but wow his character is awful.
I don’t know why I am still watching this. I actually fast-forward almost all of the scenes, I should just stop.
MY THEORY OF THE ENDING: it portrayed couples that would have been perfect for each other (so basically telling…
I could see that being the case for PSH and Ami, as well as Song Won and Seo Ban, but I really cannot imagine Dong Ma and SPY being perfect for each other or soulmates after how controlling he was in the final episode. SPY deserves a better guy.
Long story short, what BHR did can be considered nothing. Any other woman in her place would have bashed that…
I am not sure I could forgive that easily if my husband got another woman pregnant, bought her an engagement ring and continuously lied to me. But maybe that means I am also petty and weak.
Long story short, what BHR did can be considered nothing. Any other woman in her place would have bashed that…
Strong words. I think I am the only person here who likes both BHR and Song Won, but can’t stand PSH and his in-laws. I agree BHR has many flaws but her in-laws are also incredibly two-faced and self-absorbed. I personally enjoyed watching the press conference, after an otherwise pretty boring episode.
Nam Ga Bin tops the list for my hatred towards the mistresses cause just to move on from her previous relationship…
Same! And I am so annoyed that it looks like she will be rewarded for her actions by marrying the man of her dreams (Dong Ma). I don’t understand what he sees in her.
Not upset with her, I understand her, I just wish she didn’t come with all the extra snake like vibes (changing…
Same! I am glad PSH and his parents can reap the consequences of their actions and learn from it. Although it looks like none of them have any remorse, except Song Won “it’s all my fault”.
But agreed, I didn’t like how BHR came across as such a snake. My guess is she’ll be the only wife without a happy ending. And i could really do without BHR and PY fighting over Seo Ban.
