So it’s nice to see Gong Yoo promote it with enthusiasm.

Honestly would have liked to see HD husband & his interaction with present HD & MC. I mean they couldn’t even get a zoom call? These folks live in 2021 not 1950 lol.

I don’t know the nature of their family dynamics-relationship either since it’s kept ambiguous other than he travels for work & he doesn’t know what MC likes. You’re right. I made a comment before how there’s an imbalance between the past & present.

YJ, Yurim, & Coach YM are definitely the kinds of people HD would speak about to MC since they had a significant impact on HD’s young adult life. But MC doesn't know who these people are? MC was already 2 in 2009 & HD met Yurim at her retirement conference. YJ was still working at UBS as an anchor in 2015 in the epilogue so it's odd that MC never saw or heard YJ face/name on TV.

The writer probably wants to emphasize that things don’t last forever & it’s okay? 🤷‍♀️ But these people weren’t just nobodies to HD.

The ending was already made. KTR knew about the ending before the beginning of the story. So it’s odd to say the blame is on the shippers? People are going to ship however they please. I mean there are HD & Yurim shippers yet they didn’t get together either?

The breakup was inevitable since MC is a Kim not a Baek.

Yeah she’s definitely in the middle of being happy & not happy but her inner dialogues are so heavy. I mean depression comes in all form. You can be happy but still be depressed? I’m not sure if that makes sense lol.

But as I say, not sure if the writer will pushed into that narrative or it will just be about people who live ordinary lives & want to change it to something a bit extraordinary.

MJ is an introvert who wants to change her ordinary life into something more but I also think she’s depressed? I’m not sure if the writer will pushed into that narrative but I would like to see the topic addressed or explored. Her monologues/thoughts are very heavy.

He got off the right time & met the right kinds of people.

I love the significance of these lines. Because at first you might think ‘worship me’ means something romantic when it's said the 1st time. But once it's said in this context, it's more so about validating someone's existence & rooting for them.

I hope this drama keeps the tone & pacing throughout to the very end. It has a very pleasant-homey feel to it.
