Finally! I’ve been waiting for almost 2 years. The first time I watched the trailer was a year ago and I was…
Thank you! ✨KTR is thee best ✨☺️. June has so much dramas out I honestly don’t know what to to watch first lol. But this one I’ve kept my eyes on for so long it’s nice that it now has an official release date.
The director of Evernight?? Wow 😯. I watched the trailer few months ago and didn’t realized it was out already.
Really like that it’s more female centric show. If it’s anything like Story of ML, with the realistic vibe and female character driven story then I’ll definitely give it a watch. Haven’t seen anything Liu YF related stuff so this might be the 1st thing I watch her in.
Finally !!! The air date is released. Its June 15th, 2022 on iQiyi, Hunan TV, etc.
Finally! I’ve been waiting for almost 2 years. The first time I watched the trailer was a year ago and I was mesmerized by the cinematography and production value. I hope the story is as good as it’s appearance because wow 🤩. I’m really excited for this.
Depends what you’re looking for. Its a melo & drama with a hint of romance about corruption & law with college campus setting. It’s a bit makjang so don’t take it too seriously, but it’s not penthouse or world of marriage level of makjang. It’s watchable. The dialogue is a bit here and there. The development of the romance is ehh. The two lead characters are okay. I haven’t quite warm up to them yet but it’s only two episodes. The music is very good and the acting, I like it? A lot of annoying & detestable 🤢💩characters already that’s for sure lol.
cant agree more on the lead's dynamic, might be too early to judge this but then again they spent too much intro…
I can understand the interest he has for her because of what happen-his past and her being his only means of support but the way it unfolds lacks depth?
Fast forward to the present she barely acknowledges him & he just runs along with whatever she does even when she was rude to him lol. And the elevator scene, he just casually holds her hand like it’s nothing and she just accepts it? 🤔
But let’s see what happens in the next few ep. I didn’t know it had romance since I watched it on viki before coming here. All it said was melo & drama. Not that I hate the idea of romance, it’s just feels a bit flimsy so far.
why people here are fighting about the gap age and student-professor romance while we don't know actually how…
GC is definitely not fresh out of high school age. He has to be at least in his mid-late twenties while SJ is in the mid thirties. He may be a 1st year but not all 1st year college student are 18-19. I mean the noona student was a former cop and she’s older than everyone in group 8.
I watched the 1st 2 ep and my overall opinion is I don’t hate it? But I’m not also enthusiastic about it either. It’s alright so far, in terms of writing. Although I think some of the writing choices are 🤔. It’s a show where you have to suspend your disbelief to enjoy it.
I’m not really buying into the romance (yet) and it’s not because of the age gap I keep seeing comments about. The development isn’t really there. Like he just tells her he likes her & grabs her hand and she doesn’t say anything??? The two leads barely had any concrete interaction. It’s feels hamfisted-sudden. I’m not sure how I feel about the two main characters yet. Something hasn’t quite clicked.
Kim Tae Ri won 5 out 7 votes from a panel of critics-judges from the BaekSang Awards committee. 1:1 votes were for HSH & KHS.
Judge Kim Won Seok says that KTR is an actress on another level & that actors tend to act in the presence of their names but NHD was shown as a character through excellent acting.

Yes, NHD was NHD, not KTR. You’ll never see an ounce of Aeshin, Captain Jang, SookHee, or even Hye Won or Yeon Hee in NHD. ✨😌
this is the highest rated drama of 2022 so far and it deserved it let's see if a drama can surpass this drama…
Our Blues seems like a strong contender. But it’s given, since there’s an all star cast with 20 ep. I think 2521 had a very good chance of getting much more higher rating but it was bombarded with lots of ads 🥲.
NJH says that YJ is not dead lol. He wasnt shown in 2021 but he’s definitely not dead.
I’m not trying to argue with you. I’m stating that from a visual standpoint it doesn’t make sense for YJ to still be looking like he still 30 something in 2021 at age 44-45. Since HD looks old/aged & has an older actress to play HD.
Wait what did I miss recently? What is this suicide theory...?
Just a theory? I don’t know where it came from but YJ isn’t dead. I don’t know why everyone wants him dead. Lol even NJH couldn’t believe everyone thought he was dead. Also, thinking he would d-word himself it’s a bit too much. I’m going to assume that he’s perfectly fine in 2021, hence SJK saw him last month.
NJH says that YJ is not dead lol. He wasnt shown in 2021 but he’s definitely not dead.
YJ wrote that HD was his first love. He was 24 when he started working permanently at UBS & in love with HD. Adding 15 years, that would make him about 38-40. Since NJH still played YJ in that epilogue, it’s not him at 45 in 2021. It wouldn’t make sense. He had to be younger and most likely it’s around 2015-17.

She doesnt recognize him seeing his face but suddenly she does because he held her hand?? It’s a bit of a reach & kind of ehhh for me.

Also GC & SJ are both adults.

The ost & bgm is really good though.
Also, she’s currently reviewing a drama for her next project😉. Not sure if she’ll take it but most likely, I think she will.

Drama
1. MLN✨🎉
Actor
1. SSK✨
2. KJW✨
Congrats MLN team! Honestly happy for SSK. Has always been a fantastic actor in everything’s he’s in! ✨🎉💕 Also, the rating is going up!
But I agree the epilogue was unnecessary. Should have been a different scene in 2021 of YJ (show his face) & not the ‘first love’ log in thing 😒.
