I ship NB with sanity lol. Like she needs to work on her own self-worth & career/school than being in a relationship…
Seriously, not everyone has to end up in a permanent relationship, let alone with some douche in college. Like there are so many fishes in the sea. She needs to know what a healthy committed relationship is first. She’ll find a good cookie somewhere else later in life & that doesn’t have to be DH, especially NOT JE.
Do hyuk is boring and cliché, since the genre is mature I expected more than a copy paste rom-com 3rd wheel
There nothing mature about the drama other than some kisses & make out scenes. JE is way too insufferable to hold an actual relationship that is based on communication and sincerity.
If JE & NB is endgame than it becomes a typical ‘serial womanizing-gaslighting twat’ bad boy suddenly changes for a girl, whom he barely knew from the beginning. Heck, NB shouldn’t be with anyone, let alone DH.
JE & NB as a pair is the like the saying “play stupid games, win stupid prizes”. The only thing that would work out if both decides to go their own separate ways. They’re way too insufferable when they’re together.
At the most, this drama should only be 6 ep. It’s like beating a dead horse that’s already dead without a substantial weapon lol. Doesn’t warrant a 10 ep run.
I believe so. I have not seen the film so I’ll watch this drama instead. The film poster does have some personality though. Kind of wish the drama poster read the same way.
Became a fan after watching Mister Sunshine...one of the best actress in Korea, she suits action dramas a lot.…
Isn’t she awesome. She’s the kind of actor who’s great in everything, even if minor role. I first watched her in The Handmaiden 3yrs ago & became an instant fan. Now I’m just waiting for her upcoming drama & movie. I have yet to watch her indie work before she became in the mainstream light.
Her & KHa Neul would be awesome in a project. Maybe a rom-com lol. Both great actors.
there're 16 eps. expect some unnecessary plotlines which are done to pad the screentime :/
It’s funny that I can watch a 35+ ep c-drama but can barely pull through a 16+ ep kdrama, let alone 8-10 ep from Netflix lol. I watched 3 ep of Nevertheless when it aired last month & I’m struggling to continue. I hope there’s a focus on the main leads work + life stuff too for Hometown Cha Cha Cha. If it’s a well written romance, count me in.
I really hope there isnt any love triangle. More mature approach & romance in kdrama that doesn’t involve nonsensical love-four square & or clingy side love interest for unnecessary drama, please I’m begging lol. The romance genre lately has been bare bones dry lol. I hope this show focuses on the two leads & their blooming relationship & life aspects.
Didn’t realized this was a remake. Hmmm interesting. Never seen the original so this will be all new to me. Seas side settings are always a nice touch.
*Looks at tags* Nice Female Lead Nice Male LeadAh yes, finally a healthy drama.
I love stories with nice FL & ML. Don’t know why people think these kinds of main characters are boring. Plus, the title of the show has a cute ring to it. Watching toxicity stretched out for more then 10+ ep is way too insufferable lol.
This sounds like a city gal meets country bumpkin kind of story. Just hope there isnt any unnecessary love triangle :( because that’s gets annoying really quick.

This one screams generic romance lol. It reminds me of those character posters in romance c-dramas.
