I see a lot of comments already comparing this series to other Chinese BLs. I find that a bit unfair since only one episode has aired so far, and in my opinion it was a very strong one. The production quality is very good and the main actors are doing a great job. They already have incredible chemistry. The story is also very interesting and very faithful to the novel. I don’t know, personally I’m very satisfied with the first episode overall.

I like Kwak Byeong Gyun's character, he is a villain but sometimes I feel like I see something human in him for a brief moment. Anyway he's just interesting to watch. He makes me wonder how he will act in the next episodes and I really want him to fight his father's manipulative bs

I want to smack that prosecutor so badly! Anyway, at least, they only used one episode for the angst to be resolved. Let's hope now they will work together to resolve the case.

I want to report to y'all that my miniature poodle is absolutely HOOKED on this drama. She's a pretty hyperactive and troublesome one year old who loves to leap into all sorts of problematic places (like tables, desks, windowsills, etc.), but her eyes were GLUED to the screen when we watched it together earlier. I wonder who she thinks the murderer is... 🤔

It's me or he indirectly confessed he doesn't see her anymore as only a lawyer, when he was firing her? He pretty much said "If you were only my lawyer I would have not be that devastated by your lie but since you are not only that it hurts". Because she was saying that she could separate work from personal feelings and he says he can't separate the two things...
I'm curious about how she interpreted that...
