This drama would have been so much better without the romance. But that said, Yong-kook affected me emotionally. He is the only one in this household who has me deep in my feelings. You have to feel love to give and express love, but more importantly, to know it's love. Just because someone can conceive a child does not make them a parent. I am wrecked for him. It's horrendous that the Chairwoman expected respect just because she's his mother after everything she did and continues to do. I wanted to hug him so badly. Jung Gyu Woon is so good.
I binge watched episodes 1 to 6 this weekend and I really enjoy this show; it's witty and doesn't take itself too seriously, even though it deals with important issues. Hwang Se Ung may seem like the righteous brother, but Hwang Dae Ung, despite his loud and disturbing nature, might actually be the one who wants Cha Il there. I love their seemingly off-chemistry. What an intelligently written and acted drama. Shin Ha Kyun (he never disappoints) and Jin Goo are special together. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I even like Baek Hyun Jin in this drama, truly talented.
Or maybe everyone wants them to be dating and so their agencies are making it seem like they are for more views and likes -- like a propaganda. They say the industry is famous for doing this. If they are best of luck, if not no harm there.
Oh my goodness, shame on the production companies, these sound like slavery work conditions if you ask me. I guess not everything that glitters is gold; all these companies like to make it seem like everything is honky dory but behind the scene nothing is what it seems.
I skipped over it several times on Netflix because of the title - just didn't grasp what it would be about. WOW.…
I just realized the same director is directing Connection with Ji Sung, I too have skipped this numerous times but now that I am watching Connection I am definitely going to watch this.
