Does it pick up after the first episode? I found the first episode to be very slow paced.
If what you care most about so far is the leads then I find that it gets more exciting in the following episodes when they start flirting and being jealous. I also found the rest of the drama to be a bit slow.
I saw the preview of episode 5 . They are moving so fast with the romance. I’m not complaining but what will…
At the press con they said this drama will be a “real life romance” that’ll cover all the aspects of dating. So since they’ve had all their lives to “get to know each other”, I’m guessing that’ll why the romance went fast and they started flirting immediately and then push and pull, timing game and now dating. I’m guessing taking it to the next level, their families problem (their families consider them to be one big family so I guess it’s gonna be weird if they find out they’re dating), etc are gonna come next.
It was a good series that could have been so much better. They should have added an extra episode or two at least to tie things up better. I feel the second romance was left a big vague. Their situation could have been explored more instead of 6-7 episodes of angst, they could have spent those episodes showing how they are at home or at least developing their relationship more. And the conflict of the main couple was left till the very end, we deserved more lovely couple moments. I loved the development of Yu Hao and he has a beautiful smile.
I wonder where it’s gonna go from here, when there’s only 2 episodes left and the main conflicts are not close to being resolved. I want some lovey dovey moments though, or is there gonna be a season 2?
Even though Han Hyo Joo is my girl, I felt he had more chemistry with Bong soon, one of the very few dramas where I had second female lead syndrome. I didn’t understand his love for Eun Chae. And despite being the female lead she didn’t even get much to do which also pissed me off.
Kdramas have taught me that if I accidentally fall on a handsome guy, we’ll accidentally kiss and naturally fall in love after bickering for a looooong time.
I loved this too much that I finished it in less than a a week despite being busy and kept repeating the cute…
Also it feels like I’m selling Chae Soo- bin short so I’ll just say she’s a great actress also. She was so different when acting as the robot vs Ji Ah that I was so convinced and I sometimes forgot it was the same actress. There is nothing I’ll change about her acting or the character. She’s everything I want from a female lead.
I loved this too much that I finished it in less than a a week despite being busy and kept repeating the cute moments. This is my first Yoo Seung Ho drama since his military and since he became an adult basically. Although I already knew he was a good actor, this drama brought him to great in my eyes. This is my first Chae Soo- bin drama and she’s a good actor too. I felt that this drama is different from other ones and the chemistry between the leads was no joke. They were so cute that they made me realize I may have a hair stroking kink. I was able to discover just like Ji Ah that I’ve never seen such a cute smile on a man like Seung-ho’s especially when he woke up in episode 7. Also their emotional acting made me cry and feel for them so much especially Seung-ho. They are such good kissers and it felt so real (it’s even better if you watch the BTS), that I’m hoping they date irl even though I barely ship actors. Now the disadvantages. For the most part, I didn’t care for the business part of the drama, it was so boring. I felt a lot of the side characters were used as plot devices to further the romance. So I’m conflicted on what to rate this drama.
Edit: I give up. The cuteness of the leads is clouding my better judgement and blinding me to the faults of the drama so I’m gonna rate it a 10/10... for now
Awesome actress, she really makes you feel for her character even in evil roles. She was the only good part of time slip dr Jin and she was awesome in temptation of an angel.
I watched this drama a long time ago; as I was strolling through my watched list, I remembered it. I just wanna say despite all that transpired, I was strangely in Ah ran’s side the whole time, I found her sister boring. I sympathized with Ah ran’s struggle and wanted the best for her till the very end. An anti-heroine protagonist is a favourite trope of mine.
If the person who made the subs is not okay with this I’ll delete the link.
