@lurker hello hehe it was implied that JJ went to the KTV for Yu Tu because one of the reasons she didn't want to say yes to Yu Tu so easily was because she felt that she liked him more than he liked her (which he denies by the way but she's still convinced). But then when she goes out with her friend Pei Pei, she finds out that he actually got her the birthday gift she wanted even though he told her when she confessed that he wouldn't be able to give her the bday gift he promised. Because she realized that Yu Tu still got her the birthday gift she wanted, she felt that it was no use being angry at him anymore. She is the one who suggests to her friend that they got to the KTV gathering knowing that if Yu Tu heard about it, he would know that it was her forgiving him which is why the first thing Yu Tu asks her when he arrives is: You came here for me? To which she answers: I forgive you. So yes :) JJ went to the KTV knowing Yu Tu would hear about it and come too. guess I figured this all out because it was more detailed in the novel how Jing Jing felt when she realized that Yu Tu got her the pentakill :)

I kept pausing and screaming in many scenes especially in the bed scene in ep 25 XD

You're right about public confessions being potentially mebarassing but I didn't really mind in this one because like Yu Tu asked, Jing Jing did go to the gathering to let Yu Tu know that she forgives him :D

I watched in an interview of Dilraba and Yang Yang that they both felt that a scene that really made an impact on them was the KTV scene where Yu Tu confesses to Jing Jing in front of all their classmates and I totally agree! I had so many butterflies in my stomach watching that scene and I kept pausing so I could calm down like I could feel the boiling feelings between Jing Jing and Yu Tu in that scene and for Yu Tu who ahs always been calm and collected to do something like that in front of others makes it even more fluffy TT_TT he really loves Jing Jing aiyaaa

I wasn't planning on paying for the fast track because there are only 2 weeks left anyway but I couldn't help myself TT_TT it was SOOOO GOOD I LOVE THEM!!! Their chemistry is so good... I never expected that this drama would be hot lmao but I'm so happy it is!!!! After watching The Long Ballad and Love O2O that had bad/no kiss scenes I'm so happy Yang Yang and Dilreba finally got a partner that would exchange kisses lmao

BRUH THE SMILE THEY GAVE EACH OTHER IN EPISODE 13 WHEN JING JING LOOKED AT YU TU IN THE AUDIENCE AND HE LOOKED BACK AT HER TT_TT MY HEART FLUTTERED LIKE CRAZY!!! I don't have the guts to watch episode 15 and 16 until next week's fluffy episodes come out haha

I'm not sure if they will portray his work a lot like in the past episode but I do know that in the end of the novel, his team successfully launches a probe into space (I think it was the thesis rejected in the first episode) and based on the trailers and clips wetv has released, it will most likely be included in the drama :D

Latest episodes were so cute and heartbreaking... I'm not watching the episodes next week until Wednesday so that I won't suffer from heartbreak hahhaa

He's not going to space because he's an aerospace engineer and as far as I understand, his job is to design the spacecrafts/rockets/satellites. But in the novel extras, he becomes leader of a team that successfully launches a new rocket into space which is a super huge achievement and if I'm not mistaken, it's also the project that was rejected in the first part of the drama :)

I'm sorry you feel that way TT_TT but in the novel it is really how they started reconnecting. So far, the drama has been following the novel really faithfully <3

I'M SO HYPED this drama is really doing the novel justice and I'm really here for it <3 I think this is the first novel adaptation that really stayed true to the book! Considering the author of the book, Gu Man is also the screenwriter, it also makes sense! The production is soooo good! If you guys want any novel spoiler or have any questions I would love to answer them to spread my love towards YAMG TT_TT

I think they will be together earlier than episode 20 because I saw trailers for upcoming episodes and the competition is coming on the 14th episode so their conflict is not far and I'm sure they won't drag it on for too long hahaha

Totally agree! I fell in love with Qiao Jing Jing's character in the novel and now that Dilreba is playing her really well i am so happy :) Yu Tu also has a special spot in my heart and I still can't believe Yang Yang Dashen is the one playing him <3

Very true!!! i think it was pretty well portrayed in the drama that Jing Jing obviously has a very high EQ. The part in the drama where Yu Tu tells her about his mother's condition and his difficulties, we can see Jing Jing was conflicted. I think it was expounded in the novel that Jing Jing wanted to tell Yu Tu she could help him (as she is financially capable) but she quickly backtracks and tells her self that she absolutely must not say that. Jing Jing has always been very sensitive about Yu Tu's feelings and I really love that about her TT_TT

Hello again everyone :D the drama has inspired me to reread the novel translation so I just want to say that it seems that the misunderstandings will be solved quickly and early in the episodes! In the whole novel, they basically have two conflicts, but it's very understandable and realistic why they happened... I saw a trailer that showed how the competition will be happening on episode 14! For those who hasn't read the novel, a minor conflict is about to happen between Yu Tu and Jing Jing which they will solve easily. After the competition lies their biggest obstacle to being together so considering it will happen around episode 14 or later, we can safely assume that the rest of the episodes would be about their life together! In the novel, the main story ends after they reconcile from their conflict and it is followed by 16 extras of their fluffy daily life. As I've been following the drama promotions for a while, I can also see that they plan to include all the extra scenes which I'm very happy about because in truth, the extras is where their formal relationship really starts :)

@Chetha Ch you won't be disappointed because not only will he stay in aerospace, he will also end up being in a team that launches a successful space probe in the end ( at least in the novel- but I have seen bts and trailers that heavily suggest this scene will indeed be included in the drama).

Very true! I am guilty of loving those CEO romances, but reading You Are My Glory made me so shocked with how much I loved the way the two leads interatced especially with how Yu Tu was basically going through a midlife crisis when he reunited with Jing Jing ;(

There is a bit of angst but it doesn't come from any third parties or whatever. If you really want to know more detailed spoilers keep reading hahaha... from the current episodes (episode 8) Yu Tu asks Jing Jing for a favor while theyre in the restaurant. His teacher and his wife were lining up outside the restaurant and he wanted to ask if they could give the private room to them and he would treat her somewhere else. Ofc Jing Jing totally has no problem w this and she even suggests that they can eat together if he's comfy with it. So they do end up eating together and his teacher expresses his disappointment that Yu Tu wants to quit aerospace because of money (im sure you already know his situation with his family). This annoys Jing Jing into talking back to him and there is a small fight between Jing Jing and Yu Tu because of this. Yu Tu then gets called to an emergency at work before resolving his fight with Jing Jing. He realizes that she did nothing wrong and they have a cute reconciliation when he comes back. When the competition happens, he decides to stay in his aerospace job. Lots of cute scenes in the competition but the biggest hurdle of their relationship also comes after this competition. Because of this competition, Yu Tu again realizes how far apart their worlds are when he sees Jing Jing being surrounded by reporters and fans and stuff. This is also the day Jing Jing confesses to him again and sadly... Yu Tu rejects her because he told her that they are worlds apart (he is not confident that he would have the time and financial capability to make her happy- quite a realistic problem). They have a seperation for while and Yu Tu knows in his heart that he regrets rejecting her but this doesnt solidify until he finds old chat records of young Jing Jing asking him aerospace questions using an alt account (which he doesnt reply too). They reconcile soon though and its very very sweet because Yu Tu tries his hardest to make it up to Jing Jing :)

Like fairysutpuppy said, it's not an e-sports drama as both the ML and FL have their own respective jobs. It was just what brought them together to reconnect haha the novel is actually a really really good read and the drama is really living up to my expectations so far :)
