Brb finding a black hole thing to put Dan Oh's hand inside so that she can remember her memories just like how Haru remembered his by doing that. I can't stand another character losing their self-awareness like that and seeing the other party of my otp suffer again >:(
the plot became repetitive in these last episodes but a theme I find really interesting is the fact that in the…
I have been wondering this myself too. It's like the free will the characters think they have might actually be fake, because they keep repeating the same things that happened in the past comic, they know it too but can't do anything about it besides wondering to themselves if the things they say, do and feel is actually real or not. It's like having an existencial crisis but in their case it seems like an endless cycle, it's actually scary because it's as if they are living in an horror story in which they have zero control over themselves.
Interesting theory! It sounds very depressing but I will support it if that happens! Haha
At this point I don't really care what happens to Kyung tbh lmao It would be sad but I am willing to sacrifice him if it means he won't be messing with the other characters's happiness anymore :x
Another theory: considering how the drama writers have exchanged some backstories for the characters based on the webtoon (aka Haru getting a similar backstory from Dried Squid Fairy from the webtoon), what if they give Webtoon!Do Hwa's fate to Drama!Kyung? Webtoon!Do Hwa commited suicide out of too much guilt after learning about his whole family basically killing Joo Da's family and he killed himself because he couldn't stand the pain. What if Drama!Kyung commits suicide so that he can forget his guilt over killing Dan Oh in the past comic (and even considering murdering her in the current comic) and go back into not having self-awareness? I mean, he even said this to his brother on today's episode: "That doesn't sound too bad. At times, being oblivious is less cruel in this world". We all thought he could be talking about killing Dan Oh here, but considering how it seems like he didn't kill her for real, and how the drama writers have shown us a lot of plot twists, it's a possibility. A real damn sad, tragic and dark possibilty tho
Theory time: What if Kyung's little brother really is the writer (considering how he basically worships him and how the writer really seems to like Kyung, even Dan Oh said this before) and once he sees that Kyung is becoming more and more miserable, they will change the plot and make a happy ending for everyone? Or even better, make them independent aka not controlling them anymore. It's pretty unlikely but I can hope :( At this point I am accepting any plot holes as long as Dan Oh, Haru and Do Hwa can be happy *sighs*
If Rowoon improves his crying scenes just a tiny bit, he'll be a full package actor.
Omg same I love him to bits but he could use some improvement on his crying scenes. I did like the scene where he was crying because of Dan Oh's death in Flower tho
Is this show doing well in Korea? It seems like the TV ratings aren't that great when compared to the overwhelming…
Probably because the target audience of Extraordinary you is mostly for teens, and nowadays the younger generation all uses the internet for everything. It could also be because the cast isn't that well known by the public and are all very young/not have that much experience in acting. But Extraordinary you has been placed on top 3 for most buzzworthy dramas in Korea ever since it aired.
Was it Kyung who killed Dan Oh by taking off the oxygen mask? But at the end the mask was back on her face????…
Probably because her heart failed her. I thought Kyung killed her but since her vitals were still fine even after he left and her mask was still on, I think he put the mask back on when he realized he was pretty much a murderer (from the past comic).
It bothers me that Dan Oh had to apologize several times to Kyung just because she can't return his feelings like, no my girl you don't owe him any apology nor are you at fault for not liking someone, especially how you are DATING someone else and this person keeps bothering you anyway and keeps placing the blame on YOU for HIS own selfish feelings.
Does anyone have a link to the preview for the final episode(s)? MBC entertainment's youtube channel didn't upload…
I searched everywhere but couldn't find it either. I think they will upload it in a few days. Since the drama is reaching it's end, normally they take longer to edit since they are still filming it :(
big spoilers ahead!! https://twitter.com/sarangserowoon/status/1194909989934006273 This video makes me keep having big hopes for a happy ending. Looks like Dan Oh recovered her memories and they are together again?? I really hope that's the case omg
Real question tho: Did Kyung really kill Dan Oh in the hospital? Because it seemed that he did put back the breathing…
Also, did Flower!Kyung kill Dan Oh while on Stage or Shadow?? I am really confused, because he seemed shocked to see her die even though he was the one who made the move to stab her??
Real question tho: Did Kyung really kill Dan Oh in the hospital? Because it seemed that he did put back the breathing mask, and she only died moments later when Kyung had already left. I think she just ended dying because of heart condition reaching it's worse stage, but I am not entirely sure
He narrated the last half of the episode (18) and is shown as a grown up adult. Is this the last episode? The…
They made Pilgu petty for no apparent reason because he obviously likes Yongsik, but out of nowhere he just gotta be like NOO I WANT MY MOM TO ONLY LOVE ME, fml tbh, they just wanted to add unnecessary drama aka their break up just to drag out the drama.
What frustrates me the most is that they could have done so much better with Kyung's character but still chose to make him a 2D villain that doesn't care about anything else but himself and keeps convincing himself that nobody cares for him except for the girl he supposedly likes (that very much doesn't like him back) (I picture his brother and Do Hwa being like "am I a joke to you?!"). They could have made him redeem himself, face his past demons (both from Secret and from Flower), conquer them and be a friend of the rest of the characters and the plot would be about them all fighting against the writer to change their stories, and it would be 1000000% more fun than the actual plot they have done for him *sighs* Because his role right now just consists of him falling into the same old trope for 99% of villains in kdramas and that's so annoying.
