Me too! It will be my first comeback too, I am really excited. They really deserve a first win. Considering the huge popularity Rowoon got and how it brought more recognition for SF9, I am really hoping they will get it

I literally started stanning them too! Tbh I am so glad Rowoon made me like SF9 because they are all so talented, humble, funny and handsome, a perfect group! I am really looking forward to their comeback soon <3

Since I am seeing many people having some post drama depression because of Extraordinary you (like me), here are some good things to enjoy to relieve some of the depression:

Just like how When the Camellia Blooms got extended for 40 episodes, I wish Extraordinary you got extended as well, so that they could have more time to develop characters and answer some questions. But it's unfortunate that they didn't extend it just because this drama didn't get as high rating as Camellia.
But then again, I am somewhat relieved that this drama ended already, so that the cast and everyone involved can finally get some well deserved rest. Seeing how Rowoon slept only 2 hours a day because of the filming for example really broke my heart

That's what I thought too! As curious as we are about who the writer is, it makes sense that in the end we are left to wonder who this entity is, just like how in real life we wonder who is God

The webtoon in Korean is complete! It's only the English translations that are taking a while because it's a scanlation group that's doing it for free.
I don't remember much, but as far as I know, the webtoon doesn't really answer existencial/meta questions we have. And the ending was just as bittersweet as the drama for DanHaru. The ending for other characters were worse in the webtoon tho

I am having huge withdrawal symptoms already too. The post drama depression is hitting really hard :(

I see it as true human beings having difficulties just like in real life. It may not be caused by always having to lose your romantic love interest, but the suffering is the same. Maybe in one of our lives, we enjoyed our life to the fullest, while in other we would have so many thing to worry about, maybe not even having enough food to eat, that even the thought of living another day is painful. That's the kind of message I got from this drama.

I didn't say an harem, but an polyamorous relationship. There are many in real world, but unfortunately in tv we don't see such relationships portrayed well, hence why people think such relationships don't exist or aren't valid

We could have had an polyamory relationship with Joo Da x Do Hwa x Nam Joo but alas people still refuse to accept that polyamory relationships exist

Tbh what I loved the most out of this drama is that it made me love SF9.
Btw, if you love Rowoon, pls support him and SF9, they are having a comeback soon and we all wish to see them get their first win <3 /shamelessly promoting my boys/

Getting a little philosophical about the ending, but the way Haru disappeared could basically be considered as dying in real life, and the comic ending is just like death for the characters.
And they basically reincarnated by being drawn into another comic, living their "lives" until the writer (God) decides they should end their comic aka their character's deaths.
As much as the ending is so damn sad, after thinking for awhile I kind of understood the meaning behind it. We will never know when our life will end, how "God" will end our lifes and when, but despite the fear of dying, we still keep living and finding a meaning to our lives. Just like Dan Oh and Haru finding each other over and over again, they are soulmates and their utter devotion and love for one another wins over any obstacle in their lifes, be it on one comic/one life or another.
Despite the pain of having to lose one another soon or later, they still choose to be together because their happiness revolves around each other. It kinda reminds me of the ending of Goblin, in which the female lead reincarnated after dying and chose to keep her memories of the Goblin so that they could be together once again, and using all the reincarnations she had to be with him until the very end.
It's so beautifully painful when we think it that way tbh and I am crying all over again

From what I understood, looks like Dan Oh is an nameless extra in the new comic, and the main characters are the support characters from "Secret".
I am just gonna consider that as a good thing aka Dan Oh and Haru won't have to suffer from being kept apart because of the Stages in the new comic, since they will be just nameless extras.

After this ending, my only wish now is to see Hyeyoon and Rowoon together in another drama once again *coughs coughs* maybe as college students *coughs coughs*

All my fears came true with the latest episode. It felt underwhelming, left many plot-holes, and our characters are bound to suffer forever in an endless cycle of comics.
Haru disappearing just to make Dan Oh suffer again, after they just barely recovered from Dan Oh's memory loss, really made feel that the drama writers are just as cruel as the writer of Secret. They just love torturing these two.
What I predicted became true, in the end both Dan Oh and Haru will forever be put in an endless cycle of comics in which they have to keep finding each other over and over again *sighs* It was one of the saddest endings ever, even though they found each other.
Apart from our main couple, Lee Do Hwa, Jin Mi Chae and Soo Hyang deserved better too.
The only good thing from this episode is that we got a second kiss from DanHaru, at least.
I am left with the biggest hole in my heart rn after this ending, it didn't feel fullfilling because it wasn't a real happy ending :( I am really really sad rn

Yong Shik deserved better tbh

Is Haru srsly going to disappear yet again??? Istg not only the drama writers made this amnesia plot twice with both the female and male lead, now the male lead is gonna disappear for the second time. Wow that's what I call creativity /sarcasm/
Even with the spoilers I got that showed Haru and Dan Oh looking like young adults in college, I am starting to fear that they will get an bittersweet ending as in they find each other again after years or in another comic.
If the "reborn in another comic" really is the ending the drama is going for, it will be so painful. Like, they would be literally put in an endless loop of them finding each other, falling in love, suffering because of it and then kept apart until the author draws them again. I mean... if that will be the ending I am gonna throw hands.

This episode was PAINFUL.
Haru smiling through his tears everytime he saw memory-loss Dan Oh killed me. And what I feared the most happened: he gave up on trying to bring back her memories so that her heart wouldn't keep on hurting anymore and he even SMILED through it all, I was literally destroyed. I am glad Dan Oh regained her memories right then, otherwise it would be unbearable to see Haru being in so much pain.
I still felt Dan Oh regaining her self-awareness was kinda rushed and she acted like nothing happened afterwards but *sighs* they literally filmed these scenes last week so the editing and story is being kinda rushed, as expected.
FINALLY Kyung got his redemption and let Dan Oh go. It was about damn time tbh.
Another painful pairing is Jin Mi Chae and Soohyang. The biggest plot twist this episode is that she is actually self-aware but just pretends not to be in front of him. I CANT STAND THIS WHY MUST THEY SUFFER SO MUCH EVEN THOUGH THEY LOVE EACH OTHER??? T_T
Btw Lee Do Hwa deserved better. They pretty much destroyed all the character development Joo Da had because in the end she still chose Nam Joo because "he can't be happy without her" like lmao yeah right ok. Honestly I didn't really ship Do Hwa and Joo Da that much, I only wanted them together because that way Do Hwa would be happy. If they make Do Hwa find his happiness elsewhere, then I will forgive the drama writers.
