I really don't know and I don't know what to think anymore. So many things are happening with different plots and turns, in addition of characters are changing 180 degrees. But if I have to guess 50/50, the wedding is after he arrested her, mainly because she's still wearing the court lady uniform on the scene Chu Mu arrested her. I assume once she is married, she will not be wearing the court official uniform so her wearing that uniform makes me believe the arrest is before the wedding. It's purely speculation at this point.

I think 3rd prince is the culprit also. There are too many villains in this drama: 3rd prince, Lu Qi, Lu YunJi, Chen Ji (based on the 2nd trailer), and who knows which character will turn dark later. So far, 3rd prince was a surprise.

Thanks for sharing! I didn't notice there was a double weddings. Happy for both couples. I got a feeling that the weddings will take place mid of the drama. On the preview ep 17&18, Sheng Chu Ling is seeking help from his father to marry the princess.

My blood was truly boiled and aggravated and am still shock with that scene. Nonetheless, I love the drama so far and love LiYiTong in this role. I love her in DT Appledog but I enjoy her more in historic roles like this one.

I see that potentially happening too. I see the prince will threaten, use any tricks, and play mind games to get to his ultimate goal. I hope he doesn't try to rape her due to her rejection as he already did with the forceful and violent kiss of feeding the medicine.

Poor Fu Rou. Not sure what she can do besides keeping rejecting him but as you said, it's too much advancements from the prince. Not only he is physically abusive towards her, he's playing mind games with her too. He said to her that in order to survive and keep peace in the palace, she needs to follow the palace rules. He's indirectly referring to her that she needs to give in to him as he holds the power and it's tough for the servant to resist. What a sick mind!!!

I fell for the prince's sincerity at first but I never have guessed he turns creepy as heck.

If you watch ep 13, King Zhou is a possessive and controlling lunatic. I like him at first too, but the way he treated Fu Rao forcefully and violently without her will in ep13, I start to dislike him. His way of showing love is abusive. To me, it's actually not love but he's try to have her as his possession.

Where did you see the preview for ep 19 and 20? I don't see it on IQIY.

He is already extremely possessive. How much extremity can he go? I'm not liking the way he treats Fu Rou. That's not love. The childhood friend is also possessive. I hope he doesn't turn out to be bad as the 3rd prince. Chu Mu will have a hard time keeping his girl with these two possessive love rivals.

That scene got me too. There's another scene that Chu Mu opened the door with a sad face and saw her lying on the floor motionless. I'm getting tissues ready on the side. I'm glad it was sweet and comedic in the beginning to balance out the upcoming dark scenes ahead.
