The storyline is interesting but the writing is pretty immature tbh. Gene's continued overreaction really doesn't make much sense. From the ep 8 teaser, he seems like he continues to overreact. As kids, Gene was the grown up taking care of Sib, but somehow he has devolved into this overdramatic person and Sib has to keep placating him!

Oh right! How could I miss that. Yes, its a great scene. Teh overcompensating pretending all excited. Like someone sucked the life out of him when he heard that but he couldn't figure out why; he is supposed to feel happy for Oh and that Oh confided in him, so pretends to be all excited to hide his hurt.

I liked the hammock scene because Oh confesses but also basically declares that Teh also has feelings for him. He doesn't even wait for Teh's response. I had never seen a confession scene done like this.

For me the first one still is the best with Yu's flair for drama in full display, but this one is also gr8 in so many ways. Yu acting all brave to hide his fear, the song, the secret confession, Yu opening eyes right after it; so beautifully executed. No cringe, no second hand embarrassment. Yu is repelled by the confession for a short while but bounces back so fast at the doctor's instigation..lol.
I would think it will take him longer considering their lifelong rivalry, but seems like he was already attracted to Shi de even before.
