I felt the exact same around episode 20/21/22! I think many people did. The pacing slows down a little for a couple of episodes before picking right up. It took me two days to get through those episodes and then before I knew it I binged episodes 23-26 haha. For me personally I feel like the pace picked up again around there. Right now it feels like we've started sliding down a cliff that isn't too steep, but will soon turn into a 90 degree drop. The stakes have been raised! I'm eagerly anticipating the ending of the drama.

This makes perfect sense! Thanks for explaining. I kind of wish we had gotten a little more insight into his mentality before he snapped and became hell-bent on destruction, revenge, and conflict (instead of living a peaceful life). Not that it would have made us feel bad for him, but it would have given us more understanding when it comes to his motives.

I'm only on episode 26 right now and I've heard that Song Han goes a little crazy near the end and I literally have no clue why either. Is it the typical jealousy thing? He was always envious of his brother and his father dying just caused even more resentment???

SAME! I had a hard time when I watched Eternal Love because the real name of the drama is "Three Lives, Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms!" So longgggg

Haha it's absolutely crazy how many of them have that in the title. We'll have to start calling them by their direct translation names instead... Flowers in Full Bloom, Nine Layers of Purple, Order of the Flowers, Ten Thousand Flowers in a Dream, etc. xD at least then there's some variety

What is the significance of Song Han having a cat? Is that supposed to indicate that he's evil, or?

I'm on episode 24 right now, for reference. All I've seen of Song Han is that he's cowardly & doesn't try and stop his father from plotting against his brother.

To be honest, I wasn't a fan of Meng Ziyi before this drama, but now I am! I've watched drama's before where the FL's poor acting skills totally ruined the drama and made the ML's hard work seem like it was all for nothing. This is NOT one of those dramas! She totally held her own and I thought she fit the character very well. I got to see a much wider range of emotions played by her in comparison to her role in The Untamed. Likewise, this is the first time that I've gotten to see Li Yunrui absolutely shine in a role. I also thought that Meng Ziyi and Li Yunrui had great chemistry in this drama. To each their own! But I agree 100% that this is one of the best cdramas I've seen all year. It might just be THE best period idol romance drama of 2024.

I hope she gets away from any and all toxic people and has time to heal. She should definitely try and eat better, too! I don't think 37kg is a healthy weight for her at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed episodes 14 through 19- their relationship progressed so fast! They're adorable. Btw the hand-holding in episode 14 is around the 13-14 min timestamp. It happens after he runs to catch up with her!

I've watched "Hidden Love" and "Till the End of the Moon" as well! I will say that compared to those, it's not as cutesy and romance-focused as Hidden Love but it's also not as fantasy-based and tragic as "Till the End of the Moon." I'm on episode 14 of "Blossom" right now, and the FL is so smart, confident, and loyal. Our ML is strong, decisive, and devoted. I'm rooting for them both so hard- and I love their chemistry! I understand that there are some interesting plot twists near the end as well, so I'm looking forward to that! In this drama so far there aren't any super duper evil characters that I'm hating as much as I hated Ye Bing Chang in TTEOTM, but I understand that there are still some villains to be revealed. I'd encourage you to give "Blossom" a chance if you enjoy sweet, slow-burn romances with little to no misunderstandings between the main leads, as well as an intelligent FL and strong and capable ML!

Oh well, at least they had a beautiful relationship before she passed away. She was understanding and at the same time not overbearing, allowing him to do what he needed to do. She was supportive and strong. RIP.

Two days?! Wow, I've been watching for three days already and I'm not even halfway through. That takes some real perseverance haha

I gotta say, it's so refreshing seeing a ML having a mother figure in his life. In every drama I've watched in the past couple of years, ML's mother either dies when he's very young or his mother hates him/is scheming and evil. I love how Song Mo can talk about his girl problems to his mum and she can give him good advice lol

Haha I just started "Blossom" and I plan on making my way through all of them and watching- I can't stand the suspense of airing dramas, I need to know if they're good or not! Luckily all have great ratings :DD

Why does every 2024 cdrama have the word "Blossom" in the name? You've got "Blossom," "In Blossom," "Blossoms in Adversity"... have I missed any? LOL
