Chan was not a pervert? I guess you missed the sauna scene. But if you meant to say that he was not a rapist like…
To me it seemed more like he paid him to do it. It was not forced but it was not like they were in a romantic relationship so I still see it as perverted.
But anyway, I feel like none of his kids had a chance. He raised them to become monsters just like him. Out of his sons, Chan seemed to be the least messed up. But he did make some selfish decisions and was very ambitious. He also lacked empathy. That is why I think if he had not died, he would have turned into a monster too.
Spoilers ahead so don’t read if not watched, I’m not going to use the blindWoah such a f***ed up story it…
Chan was not a pervert? I guess you missed the sauna scene. But if you meant to say that he was not a rapist like his trash brothers and father, then yeah, he wasnt.
He did murder his own brother tho and was too ambitious for his own good, he would have ended up like his father sooner or later. Probably raping young boys instead since he seemed to be more into males. If you noticed, he had already changed his attitude as soon as he got to be the President. He was not completely rotten yet but like his father said, he could not trust him because they thought alike.
Someone who murders his own brother, will murder more people if they get in his way.
What I find sad is how he was not a bad kid like his brothers, he just wanted his fathers approval and the constant rejection was what led him to become like that.
After the end credits there is a scene ..which I dint understand..can someone explain
There are some possibilities but the most logical one would be that it is indicating there will be a second season or that even if that family was brought down, there are many other people like Nawin out there.
Another possibility is that Chan somehow survived? The office and the pen reminded me of that. Also, if Prae survived such a beating, I would not be surprised if Chan survived being stabbed with a pen that missed vital organs. Its not like he was stabbed in the neck or the heart.
Another theory would be that Nawin was able to get out of prison. But I dont want to even consider this one. His ending was the most fitting ending I have seen for a villain in a Thai drama.
There are so many other possibilities and I think that is exactly what was intended. For was to create theories and keep talking about the drama, especially if they are planning on a second season, maybe with different characters but similar events.
Not too short, not too long. Had its flaws and is definitely not recommended for people who have been abused in the past or the light hearted. Unfortunately, there are a lot of rotten people like this in the real world and I imagine for this drama to have been made, there must be many situations like this in Thailand, and money, power and corrupt cops only make justice slower...when it happens at all.
Nawin, in my opinion, had one of the most fitting endings I have seen in a Thai drama.
With that said, it was no masterpiece, but compared to most Thai dramas it was above average.
Charisma has nothing to do with how someone looks. A good looking person can have 0 charisma and a not so good looking person can be extremely charismatic.
I did not like the second male lead simply because he was a jerk. It had nothing to do with how he looks.
Also, if you were the actress playing the female lead and came across your first comment, how would you feel?
Although this drama has many faults, it is sad how people in this comment section seem to be complaining more about the actors looks than the plot or the way the characters were written.
Wow all these negative remarks on how the actors/actress look. SMH how superficial….. the drama was cute……
Yeah, some people are really superficial. I want to believe most of these comments are left by teenage girls that still have a lot to learn about life, but I know it might not be the case. :(
I was not really feeling it at the start and almost dropped it. It got a little better after 5 episodes or so but was never one of those dramas that I want to binge-watch or slowly enjoy, more like I just wanted to get it over with.
There were some positive things, like how the FL had some character development. At first she was a complete mess, be it at handling herself or her father’s business. Thankfully, she did not stay that way for the entire drama. Her scenes with the male lead were also cute.
But there were things I could not ignore. Like how the male lead’s power was not only ridiculous but also pretty obvious. I don't know how no one found out right away what he was doing and he was not really trying to hide it either. It was not like he would use it when no one was looking, he did it in front of everyone in a very obvious way. Smh
And the ending. Although I feel some sympathy for the ML and understand why he would make that decision, it was still very selfish of him to do that and the way the writers made the other characters act like what he did was no big deal just baffled me.
Idea was not bad but the execution could have been better. The supernatural element, in my opinion, felt out of place and cringy. The male lead being a skilled fighter would have been enough.
There were also other things that felt cliché and not realistic. Overall, I felt like I was watching a low-budget drama even tho the cast was good and the plot could have been interesting.
The subs seem to be the same as the ones on other sites. I was waiting for iqiyi to release the episodes for everyone since someone said their subs are better.
Although I watch some lakorns, I am usually not a huge fan of thai movies. Have only watched a few that were good. But this one seems like my cup of tea. Waiting patiently for it come out and be subbed. ^^
If this was filmed some decades ago, ok, but in 2022 you want me as a woman to watch a story of a man who has 3 wives? This would be a great watch for men, but I am sure most women do not find this kind of plot romantic.
How does that even work? Honey, sorry, tonight is the turn for me to sleep with wife number 1, I am sure you understand. Your turn will be in 2 days, tomorrow I am doing the deed with wife number 2. Yikes, I am so out of here XD
P.S. - The synopsis literally starts with "Tired of the men in her life being lying, married philanderers, Koharu moves away from the city and back home". And the lesson here is dont be the mistress to a married man, marry a man that is already married...with 2 other women?? Does she have no dignity?
The synopsis literally says "However, Zhan Yu was murdered and Yan Jin becomes the primary suspect".
I watched it a year ago so I don't remember the details but I am pretty sure it was one of the main plot points. Not something that happens in the last episode. So I would not consider what I said a spoiler since anyone who read the synopsis before starting, which most people do, already knows he is going to die.
In my opinion, a spoiler is something that might make it or break it when it comes to watching something, like someone saying one of the main leads dies at the end, or revealing a plot-twist that happens later in the drama, something that would actually ruin the drama for someone who has not watched yet.
Ok. Thank you. Does the brother have any love interest or the FL after she is done with her husband or is the romance only between the husband and the mistress...that is until things go sour?

What about the female lead and her brother? What is the ending for their characters?
