I don't judge people making medical decisions. It's their journey. A lot of abuse happens when women are forced…
I have watched other dramas with similar situations where the female lead was in a dilemma between having an abortion or having the baby. My issue with this one was how the FL seemed to make such an important decision on a whim and not because she actually measured the pros and cons or because she had a deep conversation with the father of the baby.

I dont remember the exact details since I watched it 2 years ago, but for me to complain about the female lead’s attitude then something must have been very wrong with the way she behaved.

it is indeed one of the BEST Sageuk of 2021.... epi 17 is the real story, the ending... they just give us different…
Yeah, I hate dropping dramas so I just FF when things are boring. Some longer dramas I have even skipped entire episodes just to get to the end faster. ^^'

I found a way to get the Viu app through an Android Emulator and with the help of a VPN. What is the name of this drama on the app? So I can search for it.

What do you mean the actress is different from part 1?? It is the same actress. Unless you meant the character…
Yeah, I guess that was what the person meant. But saying part 2 and part 1 instead of original and remake made it very confusing, specially when you consider this is a continuation of the remake from 2012.

So the comment this person left would have made a little more sense had it been left in the the Rang Ngao 2012 page instead of this one. Because for her to consider this part 2, then part 1 would have to be the remake that aired in 2012 and not the original that aired in 2001. ^^'

I haven't tried but it probably wont since I don't live in any of the countries listed on their website.

I have that one on-hold since the first episode did not really grab my attention but my sister has been watching it every week. I think I will only go back to it once it finishes airing, which should be soon.

And yeah, the drama I mentioned is 50 episodes long. I wish they had made it 16 or even 20 episodes long but not 50. The idea was interesting and the kids are adorable so I keep watching, but I think it would have been much better if it was shorter and they removed a lot of the supporting characters and unnecessary clichés.

The subs on most of the episodes that always grumpy cat uploaded are not timed correctly, the first 10-15 minutes are ok but then, I guess because of the the short preview screens, the timing is completely off for the rest of the episode.

And VIU seems to be able to detect when you are using a VPN and does not let you watch anything.

So I am basically back to square one and might have to watch the rest of the episodes either raw or with subs that do not match what the characters are saying, which ends up being about the same as watching raw since I will not understand anything. Sigh

EDIT: I think the problem with the subs might be due to the server where the videos are uploaded. Maybe the video is not synching with the subs correctly when the connection is not good. I am having the same problem with My Precious Bad Luck.

Still cannot find it subbed anywhere. Let me know when it gets subbed. And please dont tell me its on Netflix or any sort of paid service. I am not subscribed to any of these services and can only watch it if its available for free.

Not yet. It was late and I had to go to sleep so I ended up watching the latest episodes of Young Lady and Gentleman. I just went from crying to feeling angry. ^^'

Predictable but if you have nothing else to watch, its not a bad movie.

Let me know if this ever gets proper subs. I am not even a native English speaker but I refuse to watch something with subs that are this bad.
On The Sweetest Secret Jan 2, 2022
Idk if it was the editing, the acting, the way the characters were written or all of these, but it just wasn't able to grab my attention so I dropped it....and I rarely drop dramas.

Yeah. If I did not know the real story I might have seen the ending with different eyes.

To me, that was his last dream before passing away and him leaving her behind and going through that door would have represented him not dying just yet but his decision to stay with her in that moment forever was as if he thought "I have accomplished what I wanted, now its time to die so I can be with the woman I love and not leave her alone anymore".

This was one of the best sageuks I have watched recently.

Unfortunately, or not, the story is based on real historical events and people and having read the Wikipedia page I should have been ready for the last episode. Turns out I was not. I did not have enough tissues at hand when they were needed. T T

Although I would have preferred a different ending, one that did not break me, it was still a beautiful story, one that I will probably remember for a while.

Now I need to go watch a fluffy drama or some cat videos to recover. I advise you to do the same if you have just finished watching this drama. ^^'

If you prefer to watch dramas on your pc, like me, I might be able to help you if you are using Windows.

Some Windows pcs will allow you to rotate the screen by using the shortcut CTRL+ ALT + up, right, down or left arrow. In case this does not work, there is this simple program called iRotate that makes those shortcuts work.

Once you install and run it, to watch this drama just go to the episode, put it on full screen and use the shortcut CTRL+ ALT + left arrow. To pause the video use the space bar and to skip or go back use the right and left arrows. When you finish watching use the shortcut CTRL+ ALT + up arrow and your screen will go back to normal.

P.S. - Make sure to download from the original website or you might be downloading a virus if you get it from somewhere else. Download it from the entech taiwan website.

P.S.S. - If you dont want to install anything, on Windows 10 you can also do this by going to settings - system - display - display orientation. I just find it easier to use shortcuts instead as it will be hard to control your mouse once you have rotated your screen. ^^'

Idk, Im not sold. This seems like a good plot for a rom-com movie, but 18 episodes for this kind of story?

Also, there are several people in the comments saying they could not even get past the first episode and that usually means the drama is not able to pull you in from the beginning. I think I will skip on this one.
