I only needed to watch the first episode to know this was an easy drop. The ML looks and acts like a kid. The plot also feels very outdated, like this was filmed in 2010.
Nothing special. The cheating did not make me angry, it was just like seeing 2 monkeys mating. The revenge was barely a revenge and the ending was just as "great". Even tho it is short, it is still not worth your time.
From the preview, it seems like next week they will finally get together.
Hopefully there will be no more issues that will cause a breakup like Jae Ni opposing their relationship, YG finding out who DD mother is and not telling her and then she finding out he knew and getting angry at him, SR faking a pregnancy or actually getting pregnant with CG and then saying its YG child, and so many possibilities when it comes to breaking them apart.....again.
They are fun because they are ridiculously wrong so it ends up being funny but at the same time it sucks the fun out of the actual drama because you dont really understand what they are saying and cannot focus on watching the drama because the subs are distracting instead of informative.
Just watched the trailer on YouTube and I am sure I will enjoy it but part of me is looking at the amount of episodes and thinking this will probably be a total of 16 episodes but Netflix is going to mess with us again and make it 2 seasons of 8 episodes each and air them 1 or 2 years apart. Sigh
could be cause of lucky romance, that drama has very superstitious female lead as well / it is korean show tho
Nah, lucky romance has a quite different plot and after finishing this one I am pretty sure I had already watched it because I knew what would happen next. What is weird is that it was not subbed until now so how could I have watched it in 2020? And like I said in my previous comment, I have been tracking the dramas I watch on MDL since 2017 and this one was not in any of my lists. So technically I should have never watched it but I still felt like it was not the first time watching it.
I sometimes have this happen to me. I have a feeling of deja vu and know what will happen before it happens even if I have never seen it before. It is very weird and confusing. Almost like when you wake up from a dream and are not sure what was real and what was made up by your brain. ^^'
trying to understand the male lead is a S T R U G G L E
It’s cause he has a low EQ, like the writers keep reminding us of by making every single character say that almost every episode in the first half of the drama. lol
When leads get together?Any breakup? How many episodes the breakup lasts?Happy ending or sad end?Plz tell me and…
About halfway through, so around episode 12. They are exes so they did breakup in the past but in the current timeline and after getting back together they dont break up again. And it is a happy ending.
Average plot, average acting, nothing special about it. I liked seeing the ML pursuing her but that was about it. This is the kind of drama that you watch while fast-forwarding, especially in the second half.
It has sports in the genres but I would have added it as a tag instead since it plays a very small role in the plot. So if you want to watch for that reason, it is not worth your time.
Overall a pretty average drama and there was not much that could have been done to save it. I mean, they added a bunch of things that are not even related in the same drama: skiing, scriptwriting, acting, gaming company, and the list goes on.
If there was anything I would have done to make this a little more tolerable, that would be adding more scenes with the cat. Actually, I would just cast him as one of the main leads. XD
So, if domestic violence triggers you, don't watch. If it doesn't, don't watch anyway because you will still be triggered.
I think the only thing I liked about this was their strong friendship. The sismance on this one was so strong that at times I found myself wondering if Ye Ke’s feelings for Zhi Xia were romantic.
The ending was, well, I didn't really like it but I guess it could have been worst.
For me, the FL should have ended up with Xiao Ran if they had written the story towards that direction. It would also have been a nice punch to the stomach for her a** of a husband.
With that said, I did have many things I did not like, so I wont even go there. It would just make this comment really long.
P.S. - This was "subbed" by MGTV so don't expect much from the subs. As if the story itself was not problematic enough, the subs only made me fast forward more often. I took like 4-5 hours to watch 39 episodes and I still think it was a waste of my precious time. I should have spent that time sleeping. ^^'
Watch the first episode and decide for yourself.

EDIT: After finishing it, now I understand why some cats are just mean, probably Jeff and Vivian’s friends. lol
