I seriously hope this lives up to the hype. I like the actors, but I LOVE some of the previous works of both the screenwriter and the director.
Also, aren’t Park Seo-joon and Han So-hee at their best when they play gritty, non-stereotypical goody two shoes characters? I hope we get to see that.
You Are My Glory set the bar for romance dramas way too high 😭 Everything was perfect. A lot of shows are enjoyable and everything, but almost all of them pale in comparison to YAMG.
Wow... Ojakgyo Brothers was my first Korean drama. This is one of those moments you realize you will never be able to properly log ALL of the shows you have watched lol I always end up finding new ones I thought I had already added to my list.
I was going to drop it but it really does get better after the first few episodes. I like dramas like this… and I really liked Hyun-seung’s sisters. Love the actresses! I would like to see them in leading roles.
This show is making me feel all the right things week after week! It's so impressive how they took a narrative that has been done a million times and made it fresh. Now the latest episode focused on the subjects of family and future and it might have been my favorite one so far. I would admit that I am quite a cynical person with a tendency to cringe but they did everything right. Kudos to the director, cast and crew.
I don't have anything against steamy scenes as there are plenty of shows and films that manage to showcase love through them in both raw and delicate ways but My School President does not need that. It's an old school (high school!) romance, and that's where the charm of it resides. Tinn's love manifests in how happy he is with Gun's happiness, and how willing he is to go all the way to make Gun smile. A shared look between the main characters is enough to make me hold my breath. If they do kiss then I hope it's as soft and dreamy as their budding romance.

I remember shipping Uee and Joo Won so much...

I am loving this SO much. Really superb.
