Só não assistir
You don't have to be rude about it, the person was simply saying their opinion just like you. maybe just ignore it if you can't think of nice way to reply.

Title Don't Say No
I mean, I won't say that I agree, but I will say that they look more natural together than almost any other BL…
They definitely are more natural together than a lot of other bl couples that's for sure. I meant in the sense of when they touch each other they don't seem to know where to put their hands and they just kinda end up awkwardly hugging each other. No doubt they have some chemistry and they definitely know how to kiss, I don't mean that they're bad at this or anything, but the director seriously needs to tell them where to put their hands lol. I also think it has a lot to do with the way it was edited as well. Either way I mainly blame the director

Title The Stranded
is this legit? https://whenetflix.com/the-stranded
Apparently it is! If you search for stranded season two, there's a lot of articles expecting season 2 to air in mid November, however I don't think there has been any official confirmation from Netflix themselves. Fingers crossed though!

Same, I just assumed after LOM that all Korean bl's would be 20 minutes + and now I'm sad that's not the reality
same tbh. but I think it also has to do with production companies. Light on Me was made exclusively for a streaming platform called WATCHA meaning they had a lot more creative freedom. They had no rules they needed to follow as the drama was intended only for people with the subscription the the platform. That meant that they could do whatever they wanted really. However, ones like where your eyes linger and tasty Florida were made for the general public and were meant to be broadcasted on tv channels. this means that it has a wider target audience, and therefore had more rules they needed to follow. Unfortunately, even though Korea is making a breakthrough, it's still a country made up of a much older generation, meaning there still a lot of taboo around the topic of LGBTQ+ media. At the end of the day tv companies and media channels only goal is to make money and if most of their audience is homophobic, chances are they aren't going to release bl's with a longer span of 15 minutes. It's really sad and we can only hope that more Korean streaming platforms take up producing bl's and that the stigma behind LGBTQ+ content fades.
Also really sorry for how long this is, I got really caught up in it ( ̄︶ ̄)

Okay but fall and catch was kind of everything? I love when BLs give us all the straight Kdrama tropes!!
out of all the languages you could speak, you chose nothing but the truth 😌

I'm sorry but someone needs to get Ja and First some help. it's obvious that they feel uncomfortable during intimate scenes and it hurts to watch. this is their first time doing something like this and from what I've gathered they've been friends for a long time. it's obviously going to be uncomfortable to start making out with someone you've known for quite a while and in front of a whole team of producers no doubt. I'm confused on why the director isn't helping at all, like they very least you could do is ease up the tension.

I'm sorry but I don't get why this was acclaimed the "best Korean drama ever". It was okay and the acting was good, but the problem here is the plotline.

This isn't some sappy romance drama, meaning they can't get away with using a plotline that's been used before and expect the viewers to still like it. The thing with romance is that it's a genre that most people go to for comfort. the tropes that they use are specifically there because they bring a sense of comfort and nostalgia (e.g. haters to lovers, love triangles, soul mates etc.).

But thriller/mystery is an entirely different ball game. You can't overuse plotlines. People watch thriller for the suspense and for the scare. it's not scary nor is it mysterious if the plotline is the same as a different drama. It loses any purpose it had and just becomes another drama with "a predictable plotline". This is what happened with this drama. It fell flat simply because the plot had been overused so many times, that you already know what's gonna happen. I could tell what every twist and turn was and it just became boring to watch. Other drama's which had the same or similar plotlines are Alice in borderland, Gambling Apocalypse Kaiji, As the Gods Will, and Liar Game and that's just to name a few. all of these did a much better job with utilising the original plotline and making it original and I recommend to everyone to watch these instead.

I kept watching just because I had made it halfway through the show and I was hoping for the ending to be just a little different. That was a complete let down. I'm sorry, but what happened to the ending? It was like they just completely gave up at the end of this. In the end, it had a lot of potential, but unfortunately it just missed the mark for me.

Alice in borderland in the same theme of death game, though Alice is way better imo
I totally agree, if you wanna watch any thriller drama's I recommend Alice in Borderland and Sweet Home.

So should I watch it? Is worth it?
It was an okay series. It had some good parts and not so good parts. Overall I think it depends on what you prefer and what tropes you like. But im opinion it wasn't an amazing show but it was good. Sorry if that's not much help

It's so real that I'm almost convinced that Choi Jae Hyun really *is* in love with Jimmy.
I wish lmao. Imagine getting paid to compliment someone, I would love that lol. Or like imagine being like yea I'm jimmy's cousin. I would flex that on everyone lmao. Unfortunately I wasn't paid by them and I'm not related to them. I just like the show and I'm a huge simp lol. also no offense taken. I kinda wish I was paid to do this. (✿◠‿◠)

Title Addicted
It was canceled
Not only are they homophobes but addicted broke so many streaming charts in China. It had over 300 million streams every week and it was basically the only thing people were talking about. It started having fan sites, cafes, merchandise, but above all, the actors were gaining a cult following. China is a communist country and the way they stay in power is by controlling their people's lives. So imagine what panic it must've caused when this drama started to grab the whole of China's attention. Love is a powerful motivator, and the actors were becoming increasingly popular to the point that the Chinese government was afraid that they might sway the people. So they did what China always does, and they banned the two from ever meeting. it's really sad tbh.

Honestly I loved this. I had been watching a lot of heavy drama's before this and I was just feeling really flat. I decided to watch this because I was just looking for some light hearted jokes and cliché plot and I was pleasantly surprised. While yes it was really funny and super light hearted (and cliché) it was definitely a lot better than I had expected it to be. It made me laugh every time and overall, it was a really easy watch. ヾ(•ω•`)o

I'm hoping it picks up. It's beautifully shot and the acting isn't horrible. Pacing really helps me stick with…
I totally agree, the acting isn't super annoying to sit through, and food shot are really beautiful. If they just focus that beautiful cinematography on developing the plot this drama would be amazing! fingers crossed it picks up the pace a little.
