I think the small children were like foster children that the female lead's mother cared for.
I mean that's fair but that does explain why you missed a lot, lol. They did a lot of showing not telling so you actually had to watch what it was doing.
In episode 6 I kept expecting Jeong Han to grab Il Jo for one last sad/angry kiss or something. I was robbed of someone being pushed up against a wall, I swear.

This reminded me to go check, It's about 23 minutes into episode 11 and it's a 5 minute scene. They to a test of the telescope and dome opening, there's a bulletin board dedicated to the old astronomy club featuring Do Young's drawings, a flashback to them originally talking about the observatory idea in high school, and they stamp it Project Complete on a piece of paper. Oh and then the 4 friends all take a photo on the roof of the finished observatory.
Looking at this dialogue, you’re not missing anything – it’s just a really messy, emotionally complicated…
I like this explanation, Jeong Han being too blinded by his own desperate need to keep Il Jo by his side that he hasn't even stopped to interrogate what Jeong In said and carelessly repeats it makes sense. I said above I didn't get why he'd be so quick to believe him. But perhaps it isn't even belief per se. He hasn't stopped long enough to examine it either way. And he thinks he's getting ahead of the situation.
PLEASE, can someone explain this whole dialogue to me? I just couldn't find I way to put it in a paraphrase as…
He's merely repeating what Jeong In said to him.
Jeong In: "He fooled around with me a lot. [...] He's still giving others head nowadays
Jeong In hating Il Jo doesn't necessarily make that statement false. But why Jeong Han is so quick to take Jeong In at his word and assume Il Jo was some kind of willing participant if something had actually happened is beyond me.
I just realized all the actors are over 30. so this could be why the drama has that mature and right feeling that…
same, which is part of the reason I watch less BL these days. I get older but the protagonists of the genre rarely do. Those 20s somethings start to look really young
Jesus Christ you all. Read the synopsis. Jeong in and il Jo are HALF brothers. Not step brothers. That means they…
We'll see who's delusional next week when the drama does or doesn't follow the webtoon.
Like I said, I don't have an issue with the content. I simply don't expect the drama to deviate from the source material and I don't expect them to actually commit to a blood related pairing.
At this point I have to assume this is rage bait honestly because multiple people have told you how the webtoon goes.
Is Il Jo not adopted? Cause kudos to the writer if so.
Literally webtoon spoilers dude, they aren't related but the family doesn't know that. Il Jo was adopted by the old man but the family believes him to be his illegitimate son.

Wow jump to conclusions much? I don't care whether he's adopted or not. He is adopted in the webtoon and some folks have used that to call it "not incest" and thus making them more comfortable with the drama. I believe that their connection as family exists with or without biology making this still incest.
However I do not have a moral issue with incest in fiction (or reality for that matter), biological or otherwise. In fact I don't see how their biological status changes much of anything.

They did complete the observatory at the end of the drama. We don't get a grand opening, I don't think, but we're told it's finished. I'd have to go back and check which episode specifically. I'll try to remember to do that later.
