Also it is clearly said the Wooseong didn’t struggle at all. But Wooseong did try to stop Hyeju. The writer…
The only thing that makes sense is her Dad suppressed the evidence from the start somehow. I'm really hoping episode 12 tells us her Dad interfered with the case.
The murder plot was poorly written. 1. Why did the police automatically assume that the earing belongs to the…
The earring makes sense though, he's pictured wearing it and it's in his house. So why would they think to check it. Even Se Na thought it was his until he showed her there were two and his was in his safe.
We're meant to believe either Hye Joo did a professional level job cleaning up that crime scene OR the crime scene techs were so incompetent they didn't even collect half the trace evidence she would have left on the body and in the apartment??
Or are we gonna learn her father was suppressing the evidence? That would make more sense.
If the show reveals that her Dad has been pulling strings from the start to cover for her, even the ME report then the drama might win me back. Still feels a bit kludgey and the crazy ex girlfriend is tired as far as plots go.
I know I’m probably speaking too soon but I really feel like episode 11 was such a change in the flow of the…
The prosecutor is the only thing that makes sense to me. I feel like we saw him struggle with the facts of the case. He was at a tipping point, he was either going to fully commit to framing an innocent man or actually do his job properly. So I'm not surprised by that. Everything else, ugh.
This version of events makes zero sense with the evidence we had been presented so far. How on earth do they fight…
Also the one piece of solid evidence we were given from the ME doesn't match the events at all??????
"There are no defensive wounds. When he was attacked the victim was totally unguarded. So either he never sensed his attacker or the attacker was someone he trusted."
How does this make sense in a struggle? How bad are these people at their jobs?
I was really enjoying this show, the pace, the puzzle, etc. But this outcome is dumb af and only works if the investigators are completely incompetent.
This version of events makes zero sense with the evidence we had been presented so far. How on earth do they fight over a knife and Woo Seung have not a mark on him? She slaps him and there's no evidence of it? I mean I know the investigation was shoddy but come on?
A whodunit is no fun if you're just gonna make up all the evidence at the end. I'm disappointed with this reveal.
"Sarah Kim is a mysterious character whose name is everywhere, yet she can’t be found anywhere. As the head of a high-end brand’s Asia branch, she suddenly becomes the victim in an unidentified murder case. "
ETA: Okay having actually watched the trailer this makes more sense in context. A body is found that they believe is Sarah Kim but can not positively identify as Sarah Kim which leads him into investigating her.
I saw some people suspecting the ex, which is definitely valid, but for some reason my mind went straight to the…
Someone had a similar theory with Hye Joo but the evidence doesn't really support a struggle, he has no other marks on him. Plus would someone who accidentally stabbed someone have the wherewithal to take the knife and his phone?
He's basically the prime suspect until the end. I'll post spoilers below this.
Comments are mixed. Some people are finding it draggy. Personally I think it's really well paced and went into this not expecting the case to be resolved until the end anyway.

The prosecutor is kind of corrupt and fixated on making the evidence support La Ik as the killer. However he doesn't have enough evidence to charge La Ik so he's let go. We spend the bulk of the first half with the prosecutor hyper focused on trying to build a case against La Ik, meanwhile Se Na spends most of her time talking to the people around La Ik and getting to know those relationships.
Another suspect is brought forward in episode 8 and it looks like the case might be closed (because that character is in a coma) but then the prosecutor decided to indict La Ik anyway at the end of episode 10.
Can someone give me a list of good dramas with a rating lower than 8? The site is good, but the ratings are very…
Dramas below 8.0 that I enjoyed: Cashero (with the caveat that I have a major bias for Jun Ho and would probably watch the guy read the phone book) Last Summer (7.2 is a travesty imho, didn't know that's where it ended up because I stopped checking the page because of hate watchers. Completely unwarranted imo). Shin's Project Confidence Queen Law and the City Heavenly Ever After Grid (unpopular opinion, I actually really liked this one) Adult Trainee The Great Shaman Ga Do Shim
The ratings seem to be stuck at 8...is it not good???
I'm getting so tired of this comment on every drama like an 8/10 is somehow a bad number. Sorry to unload on you OP but literally every drama lately that hangs around an 8 gets this comment. I should start keeping a scrapbook or something.
I wish we would just abolish the rating system tbqh. /End rant.
This show airs in the middle of my work day and normally during my break I'll browse MDL and see what the vibes are. I think I want to remain unspoiled for the final episode so I'm going to restrain myself next week.
I agree with this list but I'm adding Yeong Bin too just cause he's been on my list from the start. If I had to…
I don't have a solid theory for Yeong Bin.
I have a more solid one on Hye Joo's Dad. He forced her to break up with him originally but she came back. Maybe he wanted to permanently take out La Ik because Hye Joo wouldn't let him go. But the hired goon messed up. (Only hole here is why take Seung Woo's phone). But this gives him an opportunity to frame La Ik for the murder and take care of him that way. Dad brings in the prosecutor who pulls strings to get his son on the case so they can manipulate the outcome.
Jae Hee gets too close to the truth (his voicemail to Se Na made it sound like he had seen something) so they kill him. And maybe they choose to frame him because Hye Joo finds out and makes her Dad lay off La Ik.
