Is this going to be GemFourth's last BL for a long while?

I'm one episode behind and I will admit I catch myself falling asleep sometimes. I'm a fan of G4 but this is easily their worst body of work. Nobody's perfect, I get that, so I hope the network gets it shit together and not piss away their talents.

He'll probably go the cutie patootie het heartthrob route in his acting roles. May I be proven wrong.

Is it just me, or did they finally get rid of that fogged-up window sex filter? 💀

My concern for most of the film: "oh no that twink (Mizushima) has so many death flags💀"

So far, so good, I like this adaptation. I also liked the JP live action, and I am also liking the anime. What can I say, I'm a liker :p

I have nothing against the show specifically, or against thoughtful remakes/adaptations, but personally I want this show to succeed so that we'll get more Y series out of TayNew. There, my not-so-hidden agenda debuts as a manifesto :p

For me the hidden gem in this show is Auto, he cracks me up. "We are not down to earth. We are just dirt poor, man."

Oh, I have set very low expectations (for myself) regarding Chimon. I'm just happy that I can tell Chimon and Gun apart for instance lol.

well, there's no heterosexual explanation for extracting a "do this for me" while soaking wet inside a swimming pool.

Just powering through the first 2 episodes, based on GMMTV's track record they start bursting with homosexuality by Episode 3.

And yeah, that's even worse, carrying on without a label. Oof.

Okay, so the plot twist here is that this entire story is a web novel Duo Duo wrote when, as a newly baptized fujoshi, she started shipping her brothers. (That's why she's singing at the start, to introduce her story.) 🤡

I didn't notice the bisexual tag. Okay, he's bi, I'm fine with that. Part 1 of Ep 8 does seem to imply that they've been trying to keep an affair away from prying eyes.

[Ep 7] I'm at part 3 of Ep 7 and Kawi still appears firmly heterosexual (when sober). I don't like shows that fundamentally alter characters with a sudden gush of gayness. It's not looking good from where I am at the story right now...

I wonder why Han Bokuang's actor doesn't have his own page yet. I'm guessing finding info about them is really difficult?
