Loving this drama so far. Love the pace, the story, the people in the village, the leads. But idk if it’s AHS himself, screenwriting, or the director, but his acting kinda dropped? I know his character isn’t supposed to be super animated, but in some scenes he’s legit one expression. And I know, as a matter of fact, he can, and did, do much better. FL’s smile is to die for.
So much unnecessary and repeated scenes that could be replaced by 2nd CP’s story or the background on why FL’s family has so many foster children. I stayed till the end for 2nd CP’s story&actors, Choi Sung Eun, and Kwon Ah Reum. The script is so messy like the other comments stated. The editing didn’t help. I couldn’t tell apart if it’s flashback or present. There isn’t a single useful adult in this drama.
First off, I watch this drama because of Kim Ji Hoon. And I fell in love with Yoon Ga Yi! I didn’t quite understand why they fall for each other, sure, ML took care of FL but isn’t that literally his JD? That’s why I fastforwarded most romantic scenes. All that said, I was in it too deep I wanted to finish it. And I wanted to see 2nd CP. The chemistry between FL&ML gets better when Byeol is involved.
Really wish they elaborate on how Ji Yun meet Jeong Hun
Okay, why did it took me so long to start watching this drama? This perfect romcom’s been sitting in my list for 4 years. The story is nothing like what I expected, in a positive way.
Sure, this drama has a lot going on(multiple couples, sasaeng, family drama, a bit of love triangle) BUT the thing is the screenwriter didn’t forget any of them, which isn’t always the case in K-drama. It’s so meticulously done.
It took me so long to finish this drama. I loved everything but the main characters(the writing, not the actors), I just don’t understand any of them. They tried to be something, but they can’t achieve it. The cinematography, the mood, the focus on the village life were perfect. I’m normally a sucker for romance, even if it’s slowburn, cheesy or cliché. If it’s done right, it’s entertaining. The side characters were what kept me watching the show.
One of the OST got queued in my YT music and it made me think of this drama but I couldn’t remember a thing about it, which is something that doesn’t normally happen, so I gave it a second watch.
I didn’t find it engaging during the first watch. But this time around, I was more interested in FL’s past lives and the relationship of the characters. I still stand my point that the started off great but kind of fell off along the way. I was so curious about the first life I stayed till the end. I find the plot more interesting this second time around. But my feeling about the lead couple is the same — I can’t quite feel their chemistry. Please don’t come at me. For me, the child actors owned this show.
Watched it for the plot, stayed for the lesbians. It’s pretty good. There’re lots of repeated filler scence, but that’s how web dramas do, I guess. The last bit kinda ruin it.
This drama is a rollercoaster with tight screen writing, not even one boring episode. A solid 10 Saeguk!
This was in my list for too long. I started the show thinking it’ll be another mid, ended up going to work with blood-shotted eye ’cause I need to know what happens next. Should’ve watch it sooner.
Took one break to finish this. Imo, it would’ve been perfect as a 12-episode drama. The plot itself is very interesing; I’ve never seen a shaman portrayed like this. Also, Kim Ji Hoon takes the cake for this one.

P.S. She kinda look Japanese, imo. She reminds me of Honoka Miki and Minami Hamabe, plus someone I can’t quite point my finger on.

Please tell me Yim Si Wan didn’t just see ‘running’ in the plot and decided to audition for the role LOL
Though, I, personally, felt less interested in ep.12-16
