Been seeing a lot of posts asking about season 2. I may be in the minority but I do not want another season. I…
Agreed. Most drama or movie with unplanned sequel doesn’t do the first one justice, imho. If the writer didn’t plan it from the start, that means the story is meant to end in that one season.
I wonder why they gave us the “she still went through with giving birth” and then those glimpses at the dept…
Maybe to show that a villain isn’t all the way good or bad. She had some emotional moments, but those short period of time doesn’t make her a good mom. Afterall, she’s the person of her own. I think the choice had been made before they even met
That’s it. There’s no redemption for Kwon Min Woo Anyone who guestimated that the dude will end up with Soo Yeon or Geu Ra Mi, I demand you to go and apologize those girls (JK)
TSM wasn’t at fault for leaving WYW since the dad is the one who beg her to keep the baby. He doesn’t have the right to be mad at her for not being around. But what TSM is trying to do is just not it. Why bother getting involved with her life at this point?
I’m only on the 1st episode but I disagree with the teacher so much… I’m convincing myself to finish this…
Punishing Shindo Hikaru and implying that you shouldn’t give your classmate a help is truly ridiculous to me. I hope it’s only the way of thinking in the dramaland. If anything, she should be complimented.
And what’s with the teacher? Why does she always have to be sarcastic? Who hurts her? It’s such a bad trait to pass on to your students. I know that having a student in charge is normal in Japan. But how the teacher just points her fingers telling them to do this and that just get on my nerve. There’s no student in charge during the day in my school. However, students always offered to help the teacher even without any order. We would, in fact, race to see who gets to erase the board. When we returned notebooks for homework, someone would always say they’ll help.
She’s treating these responsibility as a punishment. And it will do nothing other than making students hates it

Being a South-East Asian, there’re some nonsense rule in the school. But based on the first episode, I don’t see how her way of teaching will benifit the students WITHOUT trauma. I can think of many other ways that doesn’t include bullying and can teach the same lesson. Yes, real world is just like she says, but does she need to be this hard on 12-year-olds? I think it’s ridiculous.
However, there’s also a point I agree with her. It’s a real problem that many teachers act like they’re friends with students, thus lack authority. I mean being kind and friendly is nice. But there’s a thin line between that and not doing your job(be the one who take care of and discipline students) properly. Once you do that, they won’t listen to you again. Some teachers were even bullied by students because they act like a friend, rather than a teacher.
Kwon Min Woo is really starting to get on my nerves. Hope he gets eaten by a whale.
Me too… He just does everything I dislike in a person: thinking there’s no way someone will be romantically attracted to YW, thinking that YW is defo less competent than him, (ep.5) doing it dirty in order to win the competition. I got so worked up in ep.5 LOL I think people like him is the real incompetent one. If he wanna prove that he’s better, then provide all the information equally and compete from that. Excluding and outcasting YW just proves that he thinks he might lose otherwise🤷🏻♀️
The only way he can redeem himself is to do a 180 from now on. If not, I’d feel so bad for anyone who would get paired with him(pretty sure it’s one of the two girl friends of YW)
I didn’t like the FL through out the whole drama. But I didn’t hate her. What I learned from this show is that nobody is perfect. FL is a human with flaw, just like everyone else. But that still doesn’t justify her action. I don’t think she can redeem what she did in ep.2. Yes, she apologized later. But she shouldn’t have done the thing she did. I truly believe that there actually are people who work in the field and doesn’t have sympathy for the victims in real life.
And trust me, there’re real people out there like Jo Gap Soo who would do everything they think is right, even though they have to hurt others while trying to get what they want. The fact that they believe that their way of thinking is right is the scariest part, if you ask me
While it was really painful, i think Han Yang's ending was there to remind us that not everyone will get a good…
Yeah. Defining someone or something as “good” or “bad” is an extreme way of thinking. In reality, nothing are entirely black or white. It’s more like gray

That’s a very good point! Just like they always remind us in the episodes that there’re no “good” people in the prison(well, except those who was wrongly convicted)
It's been 6 months since I've finished this drama. At the time I thought it wasn't anything special(though, I rated it 9), but this drama keeps popping in my mind for some reason. I'm back here saying this is a good, wholesome drama. It was a good mix of comedy and detective. Definitely the one with character development, hence why there're many that didn't like FL. The fact that I watched it on December 31 made me feel touched... I guess. Made me feel like I can better myself if I try. Plus, I'm a fan of Park Ju Hyun so that's maybe one of the reasons LOL but I liked all the characters, too
I think it was supposed to be cliche, so no comment on that. But what make this movie different is the cinematography, music, and leading us to feel emotions without in-your-face type of lines or scenes. Like, you can feel the chemistry of Uhm Tae Goo and Jeon Yeo Been even though they weren’t even holding hands, let alone the bed scene. (I kinda dislike some Western films that always squeeze in a bed scene though it’s not needed. They be like 3 minutes in and there they are hooking up out of the blue...)
I like Jeon Yeo Been to begin with, so seeing her go all in made me like “OMG WOMEN” LOL Love it
I'm upset at the screenwriter. What did Han Yang do to you??? And they're both my favorite actors who never get…
Other than that, I'm kinda glad I watch it later than I should have. I've seen each actors, main or even bit role, in their different dramas before, so spotting them one by one is so exciting!

ML having that Doki-Doki moments instead of FL give me chuckles. We need more of this! In most drama, it’s always…
Lee Hyun, though, TT His smile is so bright. I feel bad for his character. So Eun and Ha Kyung are like best friends who share unfortunate fate… Hope they find someone nice…

I liked this, although I wouldn’t enjoy it this much if I didn’t have free time. Every character shined, imo.
