It’s a typical historical drama except main characters aren’t dumb :V Perfect drama to past your time. I’ve gotta say it gave me a chuckle at times. It’s my second time watching NJH’s drama and she’s dealing with wild ginsengs and amnesiac ML again Lol D.O. is unexpectedly good at acting! It’s not the best but more acceptable than some other idol/singer turns actor. KSH made the drama again. KJY doesn’t have many lines but he expressed it really well.
I just watch it because it's like a must-watch K-drama. (Now that I've finished this I'll have to watch Boys Over Flower... just. to complete the starter's kit I skipped.) I liked many characters, but I found no chemistry between ML and FL. Maybe if it wasn't so hyped, people wouldn't expect more than it is? Idk.
The cinematography is on point. The acting is also nice. I got some nice messages from characters’ dialogue. But overall, it left me with the feeling ‘what the hell did I just watch?’ I don’t understand what the second half of the movie is supposed to convey. In regards of the editing and music, oh pls no
