yongpil’s van is such an eyesore I swear

gotta reiterate that this character is absolutely not made for bae inhyuk because he just looks very extra doing the littlest things that it actually ends up being off putting. I mean sure, it’s a basic requirement for sbs/mbc drama but like it’s just too obvious he’s trying out something like this for the first time. as someone who has has watched and loved literally all of his work, I can’t say that I love his performance here & Lee seyoung is doing too well on the other hand.

the soundtrack was nice and I liked the release scheduled

it was obviously a simulator/fake world BUT I do believe they should have sown the se-eun seeds earlier. it came a little too late in the story. either way, a fun little watch.

kind of weird that almost 5 minutes of ep10 have been repeated in ep11. surely they could have thought of a better flow.

just coming back here to say shk didn't really slay as much as y'all hyped her + the chemistry with do hyun didn't exist for all, the characters had potential individually.

Netflix had gems like mask girl. though their original lineup this year definitely wasn’t nearly as impressive as last year.

had such a packed cast and started with SIWOO 😭 Edit: just completed the first episode and THANK YOU for killing him already.

pretty sure they offered her castaway diva after watching her in eaw, which is a shame because she’s a good actress & her performance kind of didn’t feel as good because it was just so monotonous.

Netflix’s 2024 lineup will be revealed next month so we’ll know if it at least comes out in late 2024. though, unlikely, early 2025 makes more sense.

the show has a major teasers/trailer problem. all trailers showedd the full story of like first 8 episodes at least. I mean I'm having fun and it was obviously gonna be predictable but some of the later teasers literally had scenes & story post episode 6. not thought through at all.

Honestly their bad shows are quite a bit more in number. Not saying they don't have good shows but they've butchered ambitious projects like Monstrous very easily. Not to mention Work Later Drink Now season 1 was such a masterpiece with a terrible season 2. Yumi's cells was great though. Island was horrible. Duty after school was popular among i-fans because they hate a real story lol. These are just some examples, but it's pretty evident how TVING has been wasting money and will never reach the quality of netflix (or even disney+) productions.

I have truly evil thoughts for the secretary guy, his voice annoys me so much, it's unbearable and such an SBS drama character.

no, we don't. very different culture. plus my comment is talking about specifically his case, knowing all well how drugs have serious consequences in Korea, is an illegal activity, he was making people commit medical frauds and with the amount of money he has, probably funding an entire supply of drugs In a country that does not allow it.
