Especially in the scene where she stopped the wife from coming into the apartment like when they got down the…
Oh my god exactly that! It was so poorly written and executed. I get that she has panic disorder but no, that so unnecessary + the weird camera zooms into her socks? Like they thought they really did something with that scene.
I think u r the same person who like goblin kdrama but then nobody said anything about the age gap...hypocrasy…
Literally spent 4 weeks here to say how good it is, I'm not the hater just because I'm pointing out how kinda morally wrong the writers are for this relationship. Literally the most hated aspect of Goblin is the student and old guy relationship part, and we do talk about age gap, we are not blinded by weirdass love for actors or characters to discuss what's wrong. Considering how Happiness if your pfp and rated 10 by you, I don't think I'm talking to a mature person so I don't think you would really understand.
In the middle of Ep11 and YKW, as a guy, I think Ha-kyung is 100x better than the men in her life. They don't deserve her. She's clear about her life and her ambitions and her work. She never compared one in the last 10 epis. The writing is trashy in this episode. The dialogues they present for Si-woo as grand or meaningful are actually shallow and selfish (mostly). I agree to like 10% of it but the rest was unreasonable and childish. Song Kang and his acting doesn't help either lol. On the other hand Yoon Park's character is a loser but at least the man can deliver.
Okay so the comment was a bit snarky, I’m sorry, but I just think the quality of the show dropped tremendously in terms of the storytelling in the second half. They relied too much on coincidences to drive the story forward and underused characters which had potential and didn’t bother to develop some relations that play an important role later properly. I personally found a lot of faults overall while the first half was was very strong. They also just made a whole batch of characters disappear for this rather dramatic and unnecessary conclusion.
I personally consider them platonic soulmates which makes my viewing more enjoyable. Just have to ignore the romantic…
I mean of course it’s platonic and if it would’ve been anything else I wouldn’t have kind things to say here haha. Let’s be honest, they know it’s romantic and we do too. They knew where they were going with the confession and it’s kinda on them for this one. I don’t really accept it either way as of now.

I mean they’re going on dates… and she cries while hugging him. I wouldn’t say they’re careful about it. Not to mention the whole confession goes kinda against the values Yijin displayed in earlier episodes, which makes accepting this not easy for me.
Currently on Episode 11 and while I still liked the show as a whole, can they PLEASE get Heedo out of school so I don’t have to feel weird 🤢 during what could have been sweet romantic scenes.
No I don’t want any justifications about just 4 year age gap or both being adults she’s STILL a SCHOOLGIRL and there’s a lot of maturity difference between her and what would have been a 4th year college student as even the drama shows. It doesn’t feel right, I’m sorry.
You expressed my thoughts perfectly but not only that I feel like everything is forced -- all the relationships…
Exactly! I saw potential when it began. I was intrigued as to where they’ll take this. But it only went downhill, which is a waste of such a decent cast and Netflix pick-up.
I really like Son Yejin but here in this drama, why is she doing everything so extra? Extra down or dull or extra dramatic? I know the Showmakers probably asked for it and it could be what the character requires, what matters is the end result doesn't look good. I don't like the character or the performance. She's a proven actor but that doesn't automatically make whatever she's doing here seem good, at least to me.
I think the reason a lot of people are having issues with this drama is that is a bit TOO real. Morally grey characters…
What's TOO real? I don't see how the whole Jin-seok situation has any reality to it. Morally grey? They're just plain weird. Or how dramatic some parts to the extent that they're unbearable lol.
Of course he will play himself considering how many times they've shown Johee watching his drama. What's weird is that this is my only motivation to watch this week's episodes because I definitely had plans to drop the show 😂
Anyways thanks for promoting Run On, I hope the masterpiece gets more viewers.
Acting as mother for two very pretty female leads and coincidentally playing a character of chicken shop owner in both dramas at the same time? Cool lol.

Edit: Enjoying this unlike Thirty-Nine... Fun.
