The first episode kind of failed to explain what exactly is the direction the show or the leads are going to and had somewhat messy scriptwriting so is a little underwhelming to be honest. But, it seems intriguing and I like the music and the camerawork. Has potential. Decent performances by the cast too.
He did good in Reflection of You. Like I won't say his character was best written but he seemingly pulled off what was given quite well. I look forward to this, kinda weird plot, can work if it's not dragged to 16 epis.
Honestly weird as hell but kinda fun and unexpected so i'll continue watching it until it gets bland or boring. Also, it felt a little disrespectful how he mentioned the other two scientists who actually had great contributions to the society regardless of how they died. Either it was bad dialogue or theyre kinda showing the main character's a worse prick than you assume at first.
KBS last 2 years have been very lackluster IMO. This seems promising, if done right. The casting lineup is really something. Hope it is not 16 episodes and draggy.
How dare he shout at her in the workplace lol, just because he was *worried* about her. And then there’s Somg Kang’s delivery over that. I get it’s a K-drama but god do they act like workplace manners don’t exist. Apparently everyone keeps shouting in a… weather office. Sure.
The fencing match, which was no doubt the best part of the show for me till now, I wish was at the end of some episode. I would have gone out of the episode screaming that it’s probably the best Korean TV has to offer (it still is but like). It would’ve literally felt like one of those mid-season finales, if the makers somehow managed to. The excitement and rush I faced during the scene would have been perfect way to end some episode, rather than have all THAT happen. Though, I was spoiled who and how they would win and controversy thanks to Hee-do’s diary we’ve had for a while, it still was so good.
I don’t like this show or the Song Kang much at all (I literally watch it after 2521 so I mean, there’s no comparison) but Episode 7 was really fun and obviously, the best episode in the drama till date. While I see people praise the weather stuff here — I think it would be good to admit the drama parts were more engaging today and funny. Again, I’m not a fan of sooo many side stories but okay whatever. Preview makes me think we’re going back to not-so-good episodes.
