The fights are Miao's house is emotional and angsty, I like it a lot and good bgm - the Hu and Miao sword technique side by side together, Miao protecting his daughter, Miao grabbing Hu Yidao tablet anxiously in the fire and got injured for this, and embracing it later, Hu Fei's shock and confusion of his feeling towards Miao and his protection and care despite knowing Miao is his enemy, all are executed pretty well and subtle

The ever so 'pitiful Nan Lan' will sadly suffer miscarriage after meeting Miao. It's assumes so far Miao indirectly linked to the miscarriage.
The 'perfect daddy'Tian was mad at Miao because of Nan Lan's miscarriage. He set up a plot to poison Miao's eyes to avenge his future son' s loss so that he can capture him. But Hu Fei was there and helps Miao(finally the two distinct lines intersect!)
To find cure for Miao's eyes, Hu Fei sets on to find the poison master, and he meets with Cheng Lingsu(finally!)
**I'm annoyed at how much they changed the characterization and the amount of whitewashing for Nan and Tian at the expense of Miao characterisation here, I hope Cheng Lingsu will soothe me^^
