Title Eye Love You
Finally caught up on the last 5 episodes after waiting so long for the subs... Despite losing a bit of momentum…
Unfortunatey most K-dramas still have that trope. That and the time gap.

Title Eye Love You Spoiler
The bigger joke is how seriously he takes it 🤪
And not just him! This woman is willing to stop being able to communicate with her father, which is his only joy.

10 years is not massive age gap
First time I hear about aging faster and getting weaker. But surely it's good aerobic exercise (like push-ups) and most importantly keeps you in a good mood, which is good for yourself and everyone around you. And we could argue all day about how much is too much, as no two people are exactly the same.

To me it felt sluggish in the beginning. The initial cases are not very interesting, besides being tearjerkers.…
What about Ghost Doctor and One, Two, Three, Showtime?

Here is a list. Not all of them are terminal illnesses, but most end up in death. https://kisskh.at/list/mLArA5J3

I think this is highly unlikely. I think the drama would want grandpa to go out with dignity and on his own terms.…
Wait, is MDL censoring these words that you need to put asterisks and workaround substitutes? I've seen them written elsewhere on this thread and the comments weren't taken down, so I don't think there is any risk.

I'm up for everything but then I saw a cliché troupe in every kdramas. Why does it have to be like you have to…
I was always surprised that they kept writing this sort of trope, but then I saw a timed comment on Viki, that said something on the lines of "Ooooh, they were destined! How romantic!" So I asked "Are you Asian" and surprisingly the person was still there (maybe watching at the same time) so she replied to me "Yes".
Then I understood. It seems that East Asian audiences love this trope. Drama producers are not idiots, to put something that their audience doesn't want. We the international public are not their main target - although in the last couple of years this has been changing, what with Netflix etc.

Well, if, for instance, you push someone and the person hits their head on the wall, or on a fire hydrant on the pavement, or the push is in the direction of the street and there's a car passing at that time ... then it could result in a serious injury. It wasn't your strength as such, but the hard object they fell onto.

i mean they have evidence or what?beacuse i don't see here
In such cases, except for witnesses, what other evidence could they have? The other victim was hospitalized I believe, so that was evidence. But if it wasn't that serious to go to the hospital, and if no one was present, how could one have proof?
These cases are difficult, and of course we weren't there, so very often there's no way of knowing what is true and what isn't. But lack of evidence is not proof of innocence either.

It is sure that people can pretend to be good when they are not and it is difficult for us, from outside, to know which is which.
And I agree that most people are not entirely good or entirely bad. Also there are actions which are not black or white.
However, bullying and physical violence is not one of those "grey" ones. It's only black. At least in my opinion.
Someone who drinks and smokes gives a good example, but ultimately mostly hurts himself. And he can stop at any time, giving a good example albeit late. A bully, however, may have destroyed the life of someone else forever, there's no way to undo the harm.

Cold character does not mean expressionless acting. They give those roles to rookie actors because they think they are easier than roles where someone has to laugh, cry, emote more. But in fact they are most difficult to get right, because they are multi-layered. So it's acting on two levels, one level is exterior, what they show, and a second layer, inside, what they really are, but are hiding because of insecurity, trauma or whatever.
The character should look cold and without feelings to other characters, but the audience should feel the turmoil or fire or softness inside. There should be little cracks, in the moments when others are not watching, when the character is alone, and we the audience can see through the cold mask.

I think it's a question of experience more than type of drama. He slowly evolved with time and experience and learned his craft more and more. If he did those two first dramas now (Gangnam beauty and True beauty) he would probably be different than he was back then.

People were critical of his acting skills in the past, and I won't deny so was I. However, I can see he is working…
He started improving since A good day to be a dog. That was the "watershed" drama for Cha Eun Woo, when, from the middle of that drama onwards, we started to consider him a real actor. I am really happy that's he's doing better and better.

Why are so many male actors getting plastic surgery and ruining whatever good looks they had before? As a dude,…
In Korea they are obsessed about looks. And not only for actors. Some people have plastic surgery in order to get a job more easily.
Not that Hollywood actors don't do that - A LOT! But -at least in the past - they only did it to counteract aging, and very obvious things like an enormous crooked nose. Barbra Streisand was the exception and everyone thought she had guts for keeping her nose as is. And so was Al Pacino and Dustin Hoffman. They were considered "against the current".
While in Korea young people do it even when their "flaws" are very-very minor. Because they have a very specific face that is considered beautiful, so anything other than that needs to be "fixed".
