I think this show has one of the best styling in a modern cdrama ever. Each one of LYX's outfits stands out, the layering, colours, style everything is on point. Breaks the 'boring suits' barrier for the arrogant male CEO. Bai Lu's outfits are great as well although my eyes are glued on LYX to decipher much else.

Many of them air parallelly on streaming sites. However, since we need subtitles they follow a different schedule than the local schedule, often taking longer to release all the episodes. This drama will be on iQiyi once it starts airing.

That's because there are a lot of people discovering kdrama. Those are easier to get into and have a wide appeal. Then they go and look for top rated dramas which is the Untamed. Something completely unlike what they are looking for. The problem is that fantasy cdrama is not something you can easily get into. You need to get used to the costumes, sets and the kind of stories they tell.

Well I had to start this drama a few times over before I actually watched it completely. The first few episodes are a little confusing. I suggest you watch up to 10 eps, if you still don't like it then it might not be to your taste.

Just giving you some perspective about why you are find comments about people not clicking with the show. One of the main reasons is a lot of people on MDL mainly watch Kdramas which are completely different from historical fantasy CDramas. It took me a while to get into Cdramas and much longer before I could actually watch The Untamed and appreciate it. That's cause I was looking at the top shows list while watching things like Healer, Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, Crash Landing on You etc. So with that frame of mind whenever I started on The Untamed, I was easily put off or bored.
When I finally got into Cdramas after watching a few modern dramas and then TMOPB, I got a frame of reference for the untamed and was able to appreciate it.
