Finally finished both Episode 9 and 10 and my goodness how does each episode keep me wanting more I really am…
Thank you for sharing the new poster! So stunning, captures the intense gaze beautifully. DW’s fighting style—those powerful, blunt-force attacks fueled by sheer determination and rage —feels so relatable to someone like me who has never taken a martial arts class beyond a few Karate Kid reruns. Watching her fight scenes is incredibly satisfying.
how is this drama so far? the trailer and some clips didn't really captivate me but i'm still considering watching…
If you're drawn to dark, realistic, and historically rich stories; if you love watching a fierce, smart, and resilient female lead hold her own; if a tortured, complex male lead with a hint of red-flag allure who can fight with deadly precision and raw brute strength captivates you; if you relish hating truly vile, ruthless villains; if poetic, beautiful imagery and rich symbolism speak to you; and if you crave an intense, fast-paced storyline with sharp, dynamic dialogue—then this is a drama that’s likely to resonate deeply with you. This is based on my pov and impression of just the first ten episodes. Just a heads up: the drama contains violent imagery related to injustice and slavery. It's not for the faint of heart.
Really liking the drama so far, but I really hope they kiss at some point! No sign of one in all the clips/videos…
She's so caught up in staying afloat and mastering the art of being a merchant under YZJ’s wing that she’s completely blind to any hint of romance, even if it's waving a flag in her face. She’ll stay blissfully clueless for a few more episodes, and then, bam! It’ll hit her like a ton of bricks right when she’s least expecting it.
Trailer for upcoming episode 12. Well I guess we don't need to worry about the ML ever getting together with the…
I suspect he believes she's his missing younger sister and he would do whatever it takes to save her from the people who murdered their parents and entire family.
It's so painful to watch and see her trying to do the right thing for a drama that she put in month of hard works.…
She’s also looking out for the entire cast and crew, all those who poured their time and effort into making the drama. They likely banded together and faced it as a team. She handled this obstacle with grace, showing maturity and fairness throughout.
Am I the only one who doesn't hate zhang jin ran. Sure, he is ignorant about the struggles that Duan Wu faces,…
I'm on the fence. I’m all about living in the moment, and right now, ZJR is pushing my buttons the wrong way, which just proves he’s doing an excellent job of staying relevant and impossible to ignore.
We all knew YZJ thrown in prison was fishy as hell. And I love how the drama kept it all a mystery for the audience.…
Not showing the face of the dead body clued me in. 😆😆I enjoyed every minute of the masterplan from execution to climax. Especially the way DW connected the dots. I want more!
After the first episode I don't dare to continue watching this drama yet. Seems like a heavyweight requiring intense…
Understandable. I tried to dive into another drama while waiting for new episodes, but I just couldn’t focus. My mind keeps wandering back to TSOPG and the anticipation is just too hard to shake off.
2ML is really annoying and unrealistic with his ideals. Always yapping about justice and the law while he grew…
Classic "pride before a fall". I see him as someone who carries a scholar's pride, believing that being book smart means you have all the answers. But he’s in a bit of a tug-of-war with himself, caught between his comfort zone and DW and YZJ's realistic world. I think he’s worried that if he dives too deep, he might lose himself. It would be great to see him grow and gain some emotional intelligence along the way; that would really help him navigate this struggle.
Sigh... I guess we can't leave the gentle girl to another possible red flag guy....
And that look at the end. 🤣🤣🤣
