Why does LYS keep calling NXG "future boss" when he's the grandson of the chairman? π€
FL's parents own like 50% of the shares in the company they work at, hence "future boss." But also it's a joke as NXG is going to be the "boss" of LYS once they're married but she's oblivious to it π
I was just thinking earlier how I would love to watch a drama with ZJM and ZLH together before I remembered they…
Omg?? Thanks for letting me know, I was wondering how I missed a drama with ZLH in it but then I saw it came out when I was too busy to watch anything π Now I don't have to dream about a second collaboration π€‘π

Can someone please explain what the misunderstanding is between the sml and fl and the smlβs childhood friend.…
Long post ahead lol
The confession and what happened afterward were shown through different flashbacks. In the present timeline, the misunderstanding following the confession causes FL and SML to feel awkward around each other.
Before confessing to SML, FL approached SMLβs childhood friend to gauge the nature of their relationship. FL had decided that she would not confess her feelings if the childhood friend indicated that their relationship was anything more than platonic. However, the childhood friend gave a deliberately vague response, implying that she was not close to SML. This was her way of testing his loyalty and seeing whether he would be swayed by someone like FL, who possesses immense wealth and connections.
Believing there was no romantic relationship between them, FL went ahead and confessed her feelings. I donβt remember if the exact reason why SML did not return her feelings at the time was shown initially, but a later episode hints at why he didn't enter a relationship with FL then so I won't spoil that. After the confession, FL hears rumors that SML and his childhood friend are essentially childhood lovers, which makes FL appear like the villain after her confession.
FL apologizes to SML by text, explaining that she would've never confessed if she had known he was already "taken." SML never responds to her apology, which FL takes as confirmation of his relationship with the childhood friend. This misunderstanding leads to the present-day awkwardness between them since neither communicate with the other.
I can't believe it's ending in 3 days already T~T I'm going to feel so empty when it's over...this was my first time watching a drama while it's airing and actually keeping up with it too...I usually like to start when there's enough episodes to binge lol
the only thing i'm gonna complain about is he yan would never let her guard down π you did her dirty, she did…
i could overlook all the other plotholes but this one threw me off bad cuz what general is dropping their sword in the middle of a battlefield to search for someone (even if it's XJ lol)
ep 12 - how the heck did cheng lisu figure out he Yan is a girl only by checking her pulse???
i think it's related to qi? just like how docs can diagnose everything and figure out if a woman is pregnant all from their pulse in other costume dramas lol
This is my first and only complaint in this drama. WHY WAS SHE LITERALLY LETTING HER GUARD DOWN DURING THE WAR?!?!…
FR same i was like wth are u doing girll π as much as i love to watch their interactions, that was the first time i thought something she did was really out of character
