KangOk is obsessed with Jiyong in a helpful way since he keeps helping him get away with the murders or get info he can’t really find such stuff. he doesn’t betray him and was literally still praying that Jiyong comeback to him and continue being a vigilante at the end lmao. they don’t team up for a very long time since it took some time to convince Jiyong lol. overall, he is his biggest fan.

Jiyong was devastated when the friend died and i remembered him crying so it affected him a lot.
Jiyong doesn’t get caught and gets away with everything basically (although its vague if he will continue being a vigilante or not and although he tells the reporter he won’t I honestly doubt it). his friend dies toward the end tho T_T (seonwoo). Cho Heon like we saw obviously knows his identity but doesn’t want to catch him. he just want to tarnish the image of vigilante to not mess up the system. Jiyong and KangOk do team up for a bit at some point. KangOk is OBSESSED lmao.
