I have 2 favourite “villains” of 2025 BL so far and both of them are actors who have previously played leads (that I’ve loved) in BLs, but they’re also both actors that were negatively reviewed for their acting in their previous leading roles. Thse actors are of course Milk who plays Willy, in PitBabe 2 (Willy is the only enjoyable part of that series) and Bom who plays Thiwthit in this. They both brought so much charisma to thier roles this year, their acting is blowing me away and it’s just been so great to see them back on my screen!
this is only airing on a Thai platform. There are currently no plans to release it on an international platform. That means no subtitles and unless it is picked up by an international platform there are unlikely to be any fan subs, as there is not a fan-subbing community for Thai dramas.
I will not be watching this weeks episodes and will be taking a leave of absence from this series until my ChiWei reunite and I can be happy again. thank you.

Yes - I see what you mean. It definitely veers off a bit and it feels like they were really stretched to fill the 12 episodes - I think this could’ve been 6-8 episodes and it would be way better, but still I’ve enjoyed it overall.
this is good, but it’s moving so so fast! revelations that would usually happen in the penultimate episode of a series are happening in episode 2!? I don’t know where this is going, but I’m liking so far!
will I ever get over episode 13!? I know drama is coming! Suo Wei even has tears in his eyes in preview pics, but I could’ve just watched them in their couple era for another 11 episodes!!!
I actually preferred the first season - due to there being fewer boys in that series I felt we really got to know them. Also the first season drama felt way more genuine - some of the convos were so awkwardly real (but maybe they were just really good actors). For this season they kind of tried to make some drama with Auau and Save but it didn’t really work. Ohm and Jimmy were adorable though! And it made me even more excited to see PorTeetee and AuauSaves series!
Has Boss said that he will actually direct series 2 or like “I Promised You The Moon” will he be a producer and bring in someone else to direct and lead the writing? I feel like this series has such particular vision and vibe, I don’t think I could see it brought together by a different Director, cinematographer duo than Boss and Tang!

I would give GelBoys a chance - it is a bit messier than others I love, but has some really sweet moments. And I’m such a fan of one of the couples - they’re so adorable.
I’m only on episode 2, but my expectations were so so so low after all the hate, but it’s really not that bad - it’s actually kind of cute and fun and I feel there’s a potential for chemistry… it’s just not quite there yet

I completely agree! I love watching found family dynamics - especially when it’s bands! it’s only of my favourite tropes - so I’d be happier if we focused on that if we have to focus on “relationships”, but I get it - people expect romance now!

Hearing the author say re-dubbing is one of the actions they are taking is giving me the fear… we need to get some lip readers in this fandom asap!!! But re-dubbing will take time, they’ve got to find time in the voice actors and ZiYus calendars… they are a booked and busy bunch. It will probably also need to then be submitted to a board to be accessed and re-rated depending on how extensive the edits are, which will take a little longer.
