I really do think that Willy is a great antagonist for this series. He’s doing terrible horrible things, but he’s also got great charisma and he’s so unpredictable. Milks stepped up his acting so much here - I hope he can get another lead role… and one that I can actually root for again!

it’s a Thai series thing. I’ve watched a bunch of non-bl Thai series over the years and it’s quite normal for Thai series on major networks to have all episodes be 70mins-100mins. It’s quite common across a few of counties - I watched a Turkish series once where every episode was +2hrs. It can feel long sometimes, but I’m loving it for My Sweetheart Jom.

this episode is 1hr50… I’m so happy!!! I’ve not seen a BL series have a 6 part episode, I think even the sign only went up to 5 parts once.

wow! I just started this and I’m so obsessed! This is insanity but in the best way possible! I’ll be seated for the rest of the series!

i know this series isn’t popular, but it is honestly the highlight of my week! I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve seen a good city boy moves to small town, slow slow slow burn series! But I love the whole cast of characters and the trouble they get into each week. And with how silly elements of this drama can be I think they are developing the bond between Jom and Yo so so well. I know I’m in the minority, but this series has a place in my heart!

I wasn’t even going to watch this, so I am very surprised by how in love with this I am! I was not a Sotus fan when I watched it 6 years ago, one of the reasons being I personally felt no chemistry between Krist and Singtos characters AND I never like second chance romance, but their amazing chemistry in this is one of my favourite parts of this series and I am loving their second chance romance. I’m having such a great time watching this!

Mawin is such an interesting character to me. It seems to me that he’s ashamed that he can’t carry on his fathers legacy - due to the fact that isn’t good at boxing - that he’s trying so hard to prove himself to his father, that he can be successful and talented and deserve his praise, which is why he is taking these gambling risks and hiding his relationship. And I wonder if we will see some more resentment from Mawin because now Keen has come in being very true to himself and has already earned his fathers respect… I don’t know if we will actually go down that angle, but it’s something I would love for them to explore.
Also I love Mawin and Aits chemistry I’m just ready for the heartbreak that’s to come from Aits secrets!

saaame! I love that Tar is so chaotic and I love that they just go off on their fun little sidequests! I need more episodes where we get more than 1 just scene with them!!!

I am trying to figure out why I love this drama so much, because it’s not my usual style! I think it’s because it’s backdrop is different to any other Thai series that I’ve seen and I love the huge cast of characters that we get to know. I’m also loving that our leads are having such a slowburn development! After 4 episodes I feel we are finally at the point where they appreciate eachother but romance - that feels quite a ways off. I also love that Jom and Yo are so similar in their values - they just act differently to protect them .Anyway I am having a great time with all the big tonal shifts, bizarre comedy and campy villains. Also as a side note - it melted my heart when Yo was looking for Joms hankercheif!

I’m one of the few people that is so invested in the Ramil and Paytai storyline and Ohms tweets are iconic! Because after everyone was saying that the relationship between Ramil and Paytai made them uncomfortable he tweeted in Thai “#ModernUke #uke2025 #UkeHasFreeWill” - this is mostlikely not a response to the criticism of the relationship but either way I love him!

I really hope this comes to us in 2026! I’m late, but I just watched “DMD Friendship The Reality” and I became such a fan of FirstOne - he’s so talented and I loved that although 2 people wanted to partner up with him he decided to wait because he knew how important a decision it was. Also I love that he won the “best friend” award AND the “best performance award” - him and Tle were so cute in it too - I’m so excited for their series together!!!

This series is perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing about it… but give us more PerTar!!! they are such adorable cutie pies! them interacting for a minute each episode is not enough!

I’m enjoying this! I’m just having so much fun with these characters and escaping into this world. I was even sad when it ended - even though the episode was over an hour. I like comedic sound effects in series, but I do think they need to let some of the “romantic moments” just be romantic rather than trying to make them funny through the overuse of sound effects instead. That being said, it’s early on, so I‘m happy for this to be more of a slowburn - I’ll wait for the real romance to come!

give me more KentaKim and NorthSonic… that’s all I’m wanting! I loved that Kim was consoling Kenta about Pete, saying “one day you’ll meet someone who loves you” - Kim that’ll be you!!!

wow that was a great episode - it actually made me cry! Mark and Jimmy were fantastic here. Definitely the best episode of the series. I really like Mark and Ohm and I know that they are good actors, this series just hasn’t worked for me - like others I don’t feel like Sants trauma or backstory was that well written and the huge tonal shifts throughout the series made it really hard to connect with his story. But this episode was really well executed and it made me sad that we didn’t spend more of the series on Jay overcoming his trauma and slowly finding out who he is as a person. But as I said I really like Mark and Ohm and I am so happy they are an official pair (even with a mascot now) which means we will get to see them in another series!

I love series where a rich city boy has to adapt to living in the country side and whilst there he finds a second family and falls in love - surprisingly there’s been quite a few bl dramas with that specific premise but I always end up loving them so much. I love that Yo is part of the gang now! I also am loving that there aren’t any romantic feelings between Jom and Yo yet (there’s mostly just animosity), it’s going to make watching them gradually grow closer and fall in love so much more fun! it’s pulling out all my favourite bl tropes

For me this seriously has the best chemistry I’ve ever seen in a BL - everysingle moment Jin and Akin were on screen together was pure magic. Everything about this worked for me - I loved the backdrop of the acting world, their acting was insane (especially Boom as Akin will be the best performance of the year), there were some seriously artistic directing and editing choices here which I loved and again the best chemistry ever. This series isn’t perfect, there are some issues, but it’s one of those dramas I love so much that even the messy parts I like!

Ramil and Paytai officially have my whole heart! The heartbreaking hurting of Paytai to punish Ramil and then the tension in the dance scene was insane. I love them! And I need more of them!

I was starting to think that Mandee series were not for me after I didn’t like Cutie Pie and then Bed Friend and Middleman’s Love also didn’t work for me, but then You’re Sky surprised me by being so adorable and now this is just on a whole new level - I’m obsessed. And Khemjira and all their other upcoming series look so good! I’m 100% a Mandee convert!

I’m trying to be grateful for the NorthSonic crumbs we are getting, but I’m being greedy and want more. They’re my favourites - I can’t help it! I am so excited that we are getting the forced proximity trope for KentaKim! I’m so ready to see that story begin!!!
Also I am loving Willy as the villain - Milk is doing such a good job - he’s making Willy impossible to like - but he brings so much charisma to the role that his scenes are still entertaining! (I’ve just been a Milk fan for a while and I’m so happy to see him have such a different role here)
