This was fun. Another nice light and fluffy romcom. I love that we are getting a bunch of these romcoms starting in a row. Yes, full of tropes and cliches and you know what's going to happen so there aren't any surprises. And I'm totally here to eat this all up! 😍

Yes! Well put! A strong and intelligent woman who had already decided she was not going to follow her family's predetermined path and escaped from a marriage she didn't want and ran off to help fight to put the rightful emperor back in power. After she was betrayed by her own people and left for dead she was found by the ML, who yes, did save her. But after the FL found out the truth rather than accepting another predetermined path (either be his piece on the side or let him set her up in a house/business for life) she decided her own future. You can tell the FL loves the ML desperately too, but not enough for her give up her life. She is a woman who isn't defined by her relationship with a man. I can't wait for them to finally be true partners! And it looks like it's time to pull out this chestnut again: "Many seem to forget that these series are works of fiction, not documentaries, and are intended for entertainment"
Episode 28. I love how both the FL and ML are master manipulators! The FL with her aunt and the matchmaker. The ML with the Beizhou dude. They really are a perfect match!🥰 Did I miss an episode? The FL and 2FL are now friends and they've been writing each other and now 2FL is in Beizhou too working on porcelain? 🤔 Yeah, the doctor is back! And somehow the aunt and cousin are delusional enough to think he's there because of matchmaking? 😏 The FL, doctor, and uncle trying to get their stories straight! Those expressions and winks and grimaces! This is so damn fun.🤣 FL pointing the arrow at the doctor lol.🤣🏹 The ML found the eagle flowers for the FL🥹🌸 The aunt trying to kiss-ass her way into the FL's good graces after treating her so badly😏 oh, I see, the doctor came to Beizhou really to see 2FL. And maybe also the ML lol. And is now getting blamed for breaking the vase. 😂 Who the heck is the cousin marrying anyhow? Or did they skip that part?🤔 Well that was quickly sorted. But now the ML is truly fucked. How to get out of an emperor-decreed marriage?😟 Here we are on episode 28 and I'm still loving it and waiting anxiously for every episode to come out. There's always one of those characters, a terrible bully when they think a person is just a nobody and a complete kiss-ass when they find out who they are.😒 I love the ML's logic. Ok, I told her we broke up. Now let's get back together. You never told her you wouldn't🤣🥰 I adore Yoon Bak and love his character here. I also love Park So Jin. 💕I can't wait for her to come back from France and to see the 2 of them in action!
