people every where are defending n making up excuses for Shun. Do not forget it's DATING SHOW which r fast phased…
It does seem like a lot of people ignore the way Shun's been treating Dai. Dai and Shun are great together when Shun's feeling positive, but when he's not, he pushes Dai away and seems to expect Dai to come crawling back to him regardless of how he treats him (it doesn't help that Dai actually does). Shun's traumatic past is an explanation for the way he acts but it's not an excuse. I'm glad he apologized to Dai for the truck incident and is being a little more vulnerable with him. I think Shun can have a good relationship with Dai, but he's going to have to take the steps towards healing or I think it would take a toll on their relationship eventually. There's only so much push/pull someone can take.
Well, I don't like cast changes because it doesn't feel like the same characters anymore after, and that's definitely…
I've only seen an episode so far, but I'm having trouble deciding if I should watch more because I feel the same way. It's not that the new cast isn't good, it's that they play the characters in an entirely different way. They feel like different characters and the show feels different too.
I'm really liking this series so far. I like the slow burn and the fact that this office romance actually deals with workplace problems instead of just being a romance set in an office like other shows. I also like that there's some development and growth needed for both of the leads.
Personally, I wish they had just put Sky in thailand with a whole new cast instead of using old characters from My Day. It doesn't make sense for most of the other characters to be around when they're so tied to Ace but whatever. The ads are pretty intrusive but skippable. I wish they'd have Sky's mom's friend stop making comments to the young boarders, it's icky. I see some potential between Fifth and Zeke. And who knows with Sky and Win because they didn't interact enough. Overall, It's not great but not terrible either. I'll stick around for a couple episodes since I didn't even like My Day until 4/5 eps in. I'm hoping it'll settle and be fun.
I loved this show up until those last few eps. So many things felt rushed and some plot points felt like they were just swept under the rug after they were "dealt with" never to be mentioned again (no matter how traumatizing they might have been). Thankfully ep 16 brought the show back around to what I loved about it in the first place but I can't help but wonder what the show could have been if the metal ball plot, which I thought was cartoonish and predictable from the start, had been cut and some other storylines had taken that time and been fleshed out instead.
What a pleasant surprise to see Ye Ji Won here! I love that we're starting to see some popular mainstream actors in BL. I'm really liking this so far, leads are cute and the chemistry is nice. I just wish we were getting eps a week.
It was fun at the beginning but went downhill after the stupid misunderstanding that got dragged out. Plus there's no chemistry between the leads. Everything between them was super stiff and awkward. Mu Yeong' chemistry with his friend was better even though I didn't even like him that much.
I liked it. I can't even really explain why, but it kept me entertained. It's definitely wild and weird. I'd even say it's almost quirky. The music is nice, the acting is good. Definitely different. Maybe that's what I liked about it is the strangeness of it all.
A great example of a show that should have probably been about 10-12 eps. It was okay at the beginning but then it got boring when it started dragging on and on with the 2ml antics, chaebol stuff/madam yoo. It would have been nice if they had actually done something interesting with Gwang Nam, but of course that ball was dropped, especially in regards to his family. The only saving grace for me was GKP playing Ji Ho.
Not sure why this didn't really click with people, but I thought it was pretty good. A great OST, some good acting, an interesting premise, and the script is decently written. After some of the BL Korea has put out recently, this is definitely up there with some of the other popular KBL in terms of quality. There's some things that could have been done better, but it didn't ruin the enjoyment for me. If you're looking for something light and fun, this isn't it, but if you're looking something a little more angsty and emotional then this it.
After this all I want is for Earth to play a grown man who can take care of himself.
