Really? I thought it was just rumours, I guess not. I need something to feel this empty void. I really hoped this series would not be affected by the new rules considering it was already filmed. ☹️

it literally states at the beginning of the episodes ‘Lost you forever s1’. In total this drama supposed to have 60 eps but due to the rules they had to split it. If you reach the end of ep 39 in this drama, you will see a cliff hanger, the story has not been completed yet. Also high end dramas like love like the galaxy, immortal samsara were also split up in parts. TTEOM cut a lot of eps and scenes to fit the 40 eps hence the story feels choppy.

It is not finished, there is a second season (which is yet to be announced when it will be released). There are kissing scenes and there is love square type situation.

Not me stopping at ep 33 because I’ve got a little reunion and I feel like if I carry on, my heart will only ache for season 2. If I can delay the reality for a bit then so be it.

I don’t know what’s going on with MDL but it’s hella buggy. I can’t see new comments, but comments from 19hrs ago. Can’t even rate the episodes. Logged in and out and did nothing. How am I going to survive without being able to read comments.

someone said in the comments below that their mortal life (the life they were at rn) was the longest and the other lives are not as long. So I’m taking their words. I also think the little animal life they had at the beginning was one of their lives as well as their previous life that they can’t remember.

Yh that’s why I appreciate Youku, Iqiyi and Tencent so much more. Cuz regardless of whether china is a big market on its own, they still cater to international fans. At the end of the day, money is money regardless of where it’s coming from.

MangoTV is a big network and I know that they make more money on YouTube than any other networks. If only they used 1% of the money to hire translators, it could go a long way. But greed and lack of care is what’s stopping them from going further.

Why did I instantly know it was mangoTV when I read the subs 😭😭😭. Like no other network is this terrible with the subs. I was not paying attention to the intro so thought it was youku but lord have mercy, I thought I was going mental trying to decipher the subs. Mango never fails to disappoint us time and time again.

Knowing what’s about to unfold in the next 9 eps, I might just hit pause until I know when second part will air. I need to protect my sanity.
