I know she is strong but not THAT strong.. these latest episodes seems to amplify and emphasise her strength to be way more than I have understood

Like how Changyu threw the Grand Princess up the cliff to save her from the flying arrows?And she was able to carry 2 baskets of granite that's total 360kg? And killing one of the enemy general? She started as a commoner but turning into a superwoman..

Wow they are playing as 19 year olds in the drama? That's a much younger age than I expected. And why is Changyu becoming someone with superpowers? The drama is very engaging but it seems to be abit illogical at some parts especially the female lead xD

Seungil is the reason why we put on hold liking a specific participant and couple too early in the show. The reunion was good in shedding some true colours, personalities and realistic endings.

Iconic. This season is so entertaining.. epsiode 8 was crazy too.

And can someone who watched the korean trailer and the recent episode share your thoughts whether nothing happened between Subeen and Mingee? From the trailer, it seems like she hugged him after he entered the bed. But from the main episode, the scene was cut after he entered the bed. I feel like they are trying to protect her image or edit it such that her choice of Seungil will make more sense in the final decision?

I think Mingee has good intentions but the way she delivered it to Mina was a little harsh. She let anger get the better of her. Mina is allowed to be confused till the very last day. Mingee criticised "how can you be in a relationship, when you don't even know yourself?" and Mina as a sensitive person won't take it well especially coming from someone you barely know for a week..

Very tough to choose. Sungmin seems to have bad manners based on how he interrupts others' conversation and keeps Goeun to himself. Hyeonwoo is weird based on the paradise date, saying things like you have conquered me.. and singing endless praises which feels like love bombing. Igeon is flirty but I feel like he won't back down if they were to fight. And she heard some negative things about him from mutual acquaintance before this show, which is why she has a pre-conceived idea about him. I don't know what she heard and whether it was very bad flaws.. but if I were Goeun, I would choose Sungmin.. at least it is someone she have zero idea before she came on the show and can converse for a few hours without feeling uncomfortable.

Have watched S2 & S3 in the past.. and I do agree and think that S5 is more entertaining than those 2 seasons.

Why do I feel like Mingee will end up like Hajeong from S3..? Very down to earth but kinda tomboy which the guys won't appreciate..

Average drama. Last few episodes was kinda boring. Chemistry was lacking

Just finished Prisoner of Beauty. Someone recommended this as a similar drama. I am at episode 6, feels like this is slower pace and not as well executed. May drop..

Just didn't like what they did to one of my favourite general.. not expecting the story to turn that way and felt like it wasn't necessary imo

It's quite nicely executed how they turned from enemies to lovers. I was afraid that they would pull the cliché arc of them knowing each other when they were children and fortunately that didn't happen. The drama did slow down towards the very end and watched it at 1.25x on a few parts. Overall, a pretty decent watch.

Hyunji seems to be sabotaging herself by bringing 2 ex. Both relationships ended with fights. She seems to have a knack in finding faults with her partners' words and actions even though it didn't meant much and throwing tantrums after.. BH seems to be considerate to entertain her or rather willing to be manipulated by her. SY for now seems like a mild mannered person (too early to say) and said her outburst is unpredictable..

Luckily I didn't read the comments before watching. It may be a little slow initially but not boring overall. Chemistry isn't strong but good enough. The thing about MKY is her eyes are big but it doesn't speak/emote well. Just don't expect this to be excellent or something groundbreaking, it's a light and cute watch.

Pure high school dating feels different from young adult/adult dating.. everything was more innocent and carefree back then..

Wonkyu & Jihyeon has the highest chance of getting back together for now. There are some lingering feelings he has for her. If he apologise and propose to get back again, she will probably feel better & agree. I feel like JH still has feelings for him, but she's hurt by his words before their breakup.. Baekhyun & Hyeonji has the strongest sexual tension. They look good together and I thought they have a high chance too. But after episode 10, I feel like they are only physically attracted to each other after not seeing each other for 5 years. They have lost feelings for each other as an entire individual (character & past actions/words), especially BH towards HJ. He advises her to show her charm towards the other guys in the latest epsiode. BH has a chance with Yunnyeong, but his touchiness and flirty personality towards other females may not sit well with YN..

Sad ending

I dropped it back then at around epsiode 5. Picked it up recently, completed it and still find it bad. It is boring with too many filler scenes, especially those with the older / high school gangsters and ahjummas hang out sessions (FL mom and her friends). Much fastforwarding and 1.25x speed required. Even the good looks of the main leads couldn't salvage and make this a good watch
