Yes - ZLS and LYN - love this pairing especially from Long Ballad. Looking forward to this one more than the Last Immortal which I hope does credit to our Rosy. Honestly, will watch anything with her in it since big fan of hers. She is just so enchanting and reminds me of Audrey Hepburn with her gamine charm and beauty - she has such a joie de vivre that is infectious on screen and BTS . I happen to love Audrey Hepburn as well.

Agreed he is absolutely gorgeous - not sure if I can put a finger on why he is just so charismatic on screen. Might be those bedroom eyes LOL. FL I liked in Taxi Driver so glad she is getting a starring role. I think she does the more physical (tom boyish) roles well so firefighter suits her as she has a lanky, athletic figure at least compared to other korean actresses out there.

Yeah what the heck happened with the ending? A bummer since the car racing theme was really interesting and felt like they were going somewhere. Then all of a sudden they do a 180 where he gives up his grand prix dream and switches over to electric car racing. And yeah, it does seem like they ran out of money or race track (LOL) because they could at least have done a shot of the last race but maybe did not have funds to show electric car racing or maybe this e-prix was just made up. Just felt a bit aborted and that also carried through to the romance. I felt the FL and second ML were more compatible in age and experience TBH. I am a big fan of Alice Ke which is why I showed up for the drama but its kind of a let down. She is a great actress (Loved her in Some Day or One Day) but wished she would get better scripts. She did try to do her best with what she was given to portray a genius engineer who seems borderline autistic and also suffered from PTSD from her brother's crash/death. ML did a decent job for his role portraying the young maverick, hot shot racer. I liked all the supporting actors as well.

I am just watching it because still in disbelief that they could have brutalized a sequel so badly and also sticking around mostly out of loyalty to the original SWDBS. The original was so refreshing in its take on superwomen and had just the right mix of tongue-in-cheek and amazing chemistry between the leads. The bizarro world that this series exists in is SO BAD there is nothing redeeming about it. As others commented - the leads could have great chemistry if they were given more time to develop their feelings. Such a missed opportunity because FL and ML are kinda cute and believable together if given the chance. FL's mother is supposed to be this brilliant business woman but acts really stupid, just relying on brute strength. Not sure what they are trying to achieve with the grandma side romance. I am all for December romances but this one with the husband back in the picture is just cringe. The males in the family are like beyond pathetic. Do we have to make them so WEAK? Why can't they be just normal human beings? The second ML/antagonist is very good looking but his character swings from conflicted adult to psychopathic killer that the audience doesn't know if they are supposed to emphatize with him or not. One moment I am feeling sorry for him with the flashbacks to his childhood, then another moment I am cringing at how he murders people with glee. Yuck. I guess that's why serial killers have fan mail. And how the heck does he not put two and two together that Tsetseg is Nam Soon - I mean how many super strong women are there who speak Korean? LOL. Again he's supposed to be this diabolical mastermind who wants to take over the world (cue James Bond baddie), trust no one but then just takes what she says at face value? That ghost scene - like can't they tell its her? FL actress is very cute and refreshing for the role and I think they cast her well. Just need to fire the scriptwriter and director. What a hot mess.

Oh never mind - the Imperial Coroner - no wonder he looked so familiar. Yes of course, I do agree with your assessment. He is a very promising actor and really like him in that show. Yeah his visuals are not as good as some of the A-listers but he does bring something special to the screen. I am trying to picture him with Rosy LOL because that pairing never occurred to me before. But yeah...intrigued now.

I am not familiar with Wang Zi Qi's work. Anything you recommend of his?

Oh well - it will be a while before another Lusi drama comes out. I will have to rewatch Hidden Love again while we wait for The Last Immortal. Luckily there are Korean dramas to occupy the time and it looks like Uncanny Counter Season 2 might be coming out end of July! I am also waiting for Shen Yue's Comic Bang and Zhao LiYing's pairing with Kenny Lin in Legend of Shen Li. Princess Agents was pretty epic and still waiting for closure from the ending LOL. Also Liang Jie's Men in Love with HuYiTian. Have liked her from The Eternal Love series. There is just something very down-to-earth about her.

Yes that would be something wouldn't it with Rosy and Dylan? They are listed as leads for Salted Fish but also read (maybe one of commenters) that its actually other actors. I really hope they will pair together soon. Feels like producers are feeling them out with the Pepsi commercial they did not too long ago. They look so good together!

Same here. The BTS posters of her - wow she looked so ethereal. Seems like the costuming is very good here. Anyway - ZLS can just walk across the stage back and forth and I will watch LOL.

Me too - felt like it fizzled out a bit when the 2nd male lead all of a sudden fell in love with FL when all along he was rooting for ML and FL to get together. I liked both ML and FL but got distracted by other dramas while waiting for new episodes and never vested enough to go back to finish it. Maybe I will just skip to the last episode just to see ending LOL.

I sure hope they do a drama series together - if so this drama will be amazing. I am super curious too about the CP between the two. And it could potentially beat his Devil and Fairy as I could not handle the FL's whiny voice so had to drop it. Hope they do get to collaborate together soon.

ML I'd love to see Rosy pair up with are CXX and Wang Yibo in costume drama. I loved CXX in GoodBye my Princess - he can really bring those big emotions to screen and they will be equally matched. The great thing about Rosy is she can do both costume and modern equally well. LLTG and Hidden Love are equally awesome. Irregardless of the ML, here for Rosy. She being the chemistry queen will make it work with any ML. I think it's a great opportunity for actors who are not A listers to pair up with her as she will make them well known. Look at DYZ from Romance of Tiger and Rose and most recently CZY in Hidden Love. Only exception is I am super curious about her and Dylan Wang's chemistry and always there for a rerun of her and LYN as main leads this time.
