Aw, thank you! I'm a total romantic at heart, lol Really, think about it, he is Clark Kent! He keeps swooping in like Superman to save her from the evil in her life. Maybe they will have Choi Daniel play that part in the future, but he needs his Lois Lane! <3

YES! I want to see him doing that so badly, and maybe he did get it at a work function, but if he even shows a small smile or makes some remark to himself like let's see her throw this away; how can he say he did it for any other reason than to make her smile/impress her heart? I was thinking she'll either wear it for their first official date or maybe the last day of the contest as a good luck charm?

I think she'll first kind of push him away a bit because now she'll think what am I doing wrong to encourage such a horrible reaction from my ex-boss. I have been in that position myself, so I'd like to see a real reaction towards the situation instead of brushing it off completely.

Plus, I think she might freak out that he's going to make her reputation even worse with the whole fight situation, and she might find him and stop him from letting it escalate. After that she'll tell him I'll meet you back at the office and walk off. lol

This leeway talk was not done for nothing. I was gonna write a fan fiction about him and signing that contract just to cheer her up because he can't stand her shutting down on him. The wait for the previews is making me want to write FF again. lol

Wow, manipulative, how so? If you've ever worked for a difficult boss or one that was seen as difficult as a whole, you have to really find a way to get them to meet you halfway. It's an odd game you play as an assistant, and when I was an executive assistant, I definitely played it.

You last paragraph is eeeeeeeeverythingggggg! <3 That tenant/landlord relationship is brilliant, and in the end, when he could've gotten the key, he instead decided to walk with her home. <3 He said stupid things again, but he still gave her that necklace, and then, he was waiting for her to return back to him. <3

He has her as Glue in his phone contacts! lol Heh. <3

I think the problem was before with him is he didn't know how to put in the effort. I mean we saw him call himself a loser, and that he doesn't know how to act.

I almost think the ex-wife probably pursued him for the marriage, and he thought of his now ex-FIL as family and craved that feeling, so he thought this is gonna be great. Problem is then the ex realized he wasn't going to change for her, and of course, I think that broke everything down in the marriage.

Most of the time these guys who are stoic and not very emotional would never say something like that in a drama, so that's a nice change of pace. Now there's this woman that makes him act impulsively good and bad, and even his ex-FIL said you're getting cheekier! lol She isn't forcing him to change. HE is just changing on his own.

He's opening a part of himself he had hidden, and I think as much as it scares him, he seems happy and fulfilled, and when she ignores him, he can't handle it. She told him where she was, and he flew up those stairs, eavesdropped and made sure to punish the man who hurt her. Again, that shows him acting on impulse.

I do wish he'd share with her about the fire though, but I imagine that is coming down the road obviously. I was thinking maybe he'd have a nightmare, call out her name, and she'd rush upstairs. <3

ITA about her, but I get her pain. It's so hard to find that line when you just want to, a, get that promotion and make it up to the next level, and, b, it's the overachiever in me who can relate to her aka people pleaser.

I had a boss who was treating me like his second wife even to the point his wife was not having it. You want to talk about awkward and uncomfortable situations. Who wants to go to a job where the boss dislikes you, so finding that line that can't be crossed is sometimes very difficult when working with men. I like working with men more though always have, but all of them have crossed the line in some form or fashion. They want to read into things for some reason aka you were trying to seduce me BS line. She was so good during that scene.

And the sad thing is that Bo Na's obvious jealousy is very common as well. These people don't want you to have a good relationship with your boss even if they have one with their own because then they start doing comparisons. It's an odd jealousy from women I've experienced repeatedly, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Well, I think she is starting to take back some of her dignity with Chi Won first telling him you decide and stop being a coward on what happens next. I don't think she ever would've said that to the other boss. Plus, she is speaking up more letting him know what she needs from him.

Even outside she confronted her ex-boss about what he did to her with those pictures/posting. I don't think she thought he was going to push it to such a level though with the way he treated her. She was hoping for an apology.

And I think some of what was going on there was his jealousy that she was happy with her new boss. He was so upset she ignored him because men think they own you even after you leave with jobs from my experience. My one boss said to me I'll be so good to you that you'll never think about the other one. lol And then, another boss did business with an old boss, and he said well now I have you and he doesn't. Men are weird that way; it's all about the ego.

I do believe she's gonna shut down after this, so he may have to sign on the dotted line for that contest soon. lol If she's all sad, and he does that to cheer her up, I am definitely going to cry. lol

Yessssssss! In the taxi, the car kind of pulled him over to her side, but c'mon, how can HE walk up those stairs like that IF he was that drunk? He felt comfort staying near her in that taxi.
I see you, Chi Won!!!! And what's hilarious about that is that he called HER out on pretending in the taxi when she was drunk! lol

Then she kind of started to think he liked her, and then, he said he didn't to her ex, so now she's gonna second guess herself a bit on that. She has her rules about not getting close to the boss, but she definitely was sad he said he didn't like her (lies, all lies sir).

Also, when she was drunk, I think he was very happy holding her, but when he felt her stir, he had to pretend he was aggravated as to not show weakness. If he was so upset having her lay on him, he would've woken her up and told her. Look at how he makes sure to tell Bo Yool do not touch me with those eye daggers. lol

I was thinking about it, and he has already chosen Yoon Yi three times over his ex-wife. First time it was in the restaurant, and he couldn't help himself and took her shoe. Second time was when he was in the restaurant ,and his ex gave him that record, but all he cared about was getting the yogurt drink for Yoon Yi. THIRD time is the necklace when he said he had no one to give it to, so he gave it to Yoon Yi.

Also, I've been wondering about that video Bo Yool made. Did he say something negative towards her? Is she going to find out he was betting on her with Bo Yool over drinks? BUT then, I also wonder did he confess something sweet when he was drunk about her, but maybe Bo Yool didn't record it on purpose (how's that for a twist).

There are some issues with them that the writers can explore, which I pray they don't wait until the second to last episode to resolve again. Obviously, her little secret is a bomb waiting to explode as well, which my thought is they will win the contest, and then, it is going to get revealed probably. I am enjoying the ride though right now, so I'll try not to overthink those negative parts lurking waiting to happen.

Last week I liked it, but this week I'm in love. lol

But the thing is with her he's not able to control himself. I think that's why he might act impulsively and kiss her? Otherwise, I would agree with you. I think he's always been able to control everything even down to his own heart, but now she's opened a part of him that is messy and acts on impulse (taking her shoe, buying her gifts, stay with me, jealousy, protecting/saving her). I think that's the whole point is that before her he was going through the motions of life but never really truly living it.

I even think about him in the taxi. Clearly, when he got out later, he could walk well enough as he pushed her away, but in the taxi, HE had to rest on her? Hmm. He makes these little gestures that are based on impulse.

Okay, my crush on Choi Daniel is on high alert after that last episode. "Stay with me." HELP! He was so lovely in that scene. Ha, ha, and they focused on that later, so Chi Won definitely has feelings for her. lol

Gosh, this was a great episode. He was her Clark Kent protecting his Lois Lane. I know they're hinting at that from his look to the fact he's a reporter, and now they have him wanting to open a comic book shop! Subtle KBS but not too subtle for me. lol

He was uber jealous about any man that came near her this last episode. lol He didn't properly show it, but we knew it. His face when he thought the brother was another guy she was with was great. He even hung up on her! Lol I loved that scene.

Can we just discuss the fact he WAITS and LOOKS for her when he arrives home first? These are subtle things, but they come off so romantic to me.

Oh, and let's talk about the presents. First, his face when he was grabbing that yogurt all giddy! lol You may be talking about the ex-wife, sir, but his mind and heart are elsewhere. THEN, he gives her a necklaceeeeeeeee! WHAT? A NECKLACE? Are you trying to kill me Chi Won? Of course, he downplays both "gifts" as nothing. We need an epilogue about the necklace ASAP! Me, I would just check his schedule since I'm Lois Lane and all. lol

She's probably going to push him away after this feeling she sends the wrong signals. I can relate to that mess. Why do men blame us? Anyway, I think he'll get upset and move even closer, and then, I bet he'll say something about his feelings out of frustration and kiss her! Our kiss is coming soon! I would hope before the middle mark since that's an obvious way they do it, but we'll see.

I didn't realize until this week how much I love this show. I keep staying up just to watch them subbed at night because my shipper heart can't wait. It is such a nice change of pace which I thought it would be, and they have yet to disappoint me. <3

They live in the same building together, and you see some interactions, but their interactions are mostly with each other not the others in relationships. There are a few scenes though with them together at various times.

This is set up differently in that each couple has their own story, so all of it is about relationships and the various stages in relationships (five years, two years, a few months, just started living together).

One couple has a huge age difference - 12 years I think (guy is younger and been together two years). Another couple doesn't intend on getting married just living together (five years), which apparently is a taboo in Korea. Another couple is BL and just a nice progression of their feelings for each other (started living together). The last couple is a couple intending on getting married, and then, it looks at their relationship as well (a few months).

The acting in this went up a notch in this past episode. JH has always been unbelievable, but I finally saw the blossoming of everyone else to be able to join him and say, okay, now we've got ourselves a drama here.

When you shed tears for everyone involved, and you say to yourself why am I crying for Boo Cheon, then, you know this is an amazing drama. You feel sympathy for even that idiot after all the moves he's made because in a lot of ways he was robbed for years as well. You feel sympathy for Pil Joo and the lie of a life he's had to lead. You feel sympathy for Mo Hyun who was just a victim in a story she wasn't aware was taking place all around her. You feel sympathy for Seo Won who just loved a man without reservation not realizing the consequences to her own heart. Bravo to these actors because the power in that episode was just something special to watch.

And just when you think it's over, she sees him as she thinks about her first love, and Pil Joo turns his head, and you're wondering did all the puzzle pieces come together in that moment for her heart?

This show needs more love because it impacts me more every episode I watch. I am floored by it in a beautiful way.

I really thought it was very good. It had a lot of nice elements the humor, romance, friendship. :)

Viki is sloppy lately which is kind of bugging me a bit. I get these people are volunteers and all, but it shouldn't take more than a week to sub two episodes (Money Flower), and one was really poorly done to the point i had to watch somewhere else (timing was terrible). I am still paying for a membership ATEOTD.

I knew it was going to be a slow start kind of drama, but it has really picked up as far as hitting that romantic comedy note. That main male lead is very good looking to the point I am past the whole cold look, dead eyes thing because there's something in the way he looks at her that makes my heart go pitter patter all over the place. Again, maybe it's because he has a back story as to why he is like that in the first place. It always helps.

When she was laying down wishing him a good night on the last episode, she was really pretty. I think she makes a lot of goofy faces, so we don't get to see her true beauty most of the time, but when she was just laying still thinking about him silently, she was very pretty. I liked that scene.

I also enjoy the fact he is so drawn to her, and she really doesn't have to push anything. She just kind of throws it out there or needs help, and he seems to give in easily. I like the pace of how they are writing them. The fact he filled out one of those insane 100 questions surveys for her is hilarious and adorable to me. Again, it shows he wants to please her, and I don't even he realizes it, but you see it when he steals those glances at her that she is definitely affecting him.

When he told her to come closer or something like that if she was going to and not back off, ding, chemistry test complete. Again, those eyes and the way he stares at her is really nice. Also, I like that he sees through her at times because I think she feels she puts on this perfect mask as an assistant, and here's this guy who can see right through it. And she is able to break through his cold exterior as well.

I also really like Bo Yool, and i think I have figured him out a bit. He seems to crave maybe familial contact. First, he wants Chi Won to consider him a brother, and i think the way he reacted at lunch makes me feel as if Jung Ae might fulfill a maternal place in his heart he is either missing or lacking. That was really a great scene in the restaurant. I liked that he took off that smiley mask he wears and was at a loss for words for a minute.

I pray he doesn't have to carry this lead as he did in Strongest, and, yes, I felt she was weak in comparison to him. If you watch him in anything else, he shines effortlessly alongside the female lead. He had oodles of chemistry with the second male lead and even the female second lead IMHO.

Still, I will watch anything he does probably because I love him a lot, but I think he deserves a strong female counterpart. Even though medical isn't my fave genre, again, it's him, so I will definitely watch this. Fighting Kyung Pyo! <3

Did anyone notice they rewrote the character of So Won in the last episode? Um, since when was he a nice guy when the show started? He was cold, removed from his wife nothing like that flashback. lol

SHE was the one who brought up the child in the first version, and he wasn't exactly thrilled about having a baby with her, and she was doing it as a means to an end in the first place. I have been noticing them rewriting them as a couple too, but that flashback was pretty freaking hilarious.

THAT BEING SAID, I love the character now, so I'm willing to overlook the obvious (beyond obvious) creative way they rewrote his character, but really, it was Han Gyul that did it and how he changed after her. Both Yeon Ju/So Won have changed a lot and for the better.

Now Seon Ju's mother is just as bad as the father though now...

And once again Tae Yang steps backward with hiding the truth from Ru Ri. Why does he keep doing this? He constantly has secrets like his mother from Ru Ri, and I wish Ru Ri and Jung Do would start interacting. I think he would be a decent second lead male for her because you darn well somehow that his father is gonna mess up anything romance wise soon.

Ae Ri needs to fall down in a pit of lava already and get out of my face. I hate her so much, and i don't even love to hate her. I just plain hate her. lol These secretaries willing to help her ruin people makes no sense to me.

I can't believe I just read that, tears in my eyes laughing though! lol

Waiting for CDK to propose to Ji Ahn! lol He is getting so anxious about her, and I knew it was gonna happen because of how he was after that car accident. He can't control his emotions when it comes to her, and I think that is one of the best parts about the drama.

I was in pain this weekend and not feeling able to watch anything heavy, so I finally watched this (took forever since I wasn't feeling so great), but I LOVED it. I wish they would do another one. It was so relatable and real, and yeah, the BL storyline was great though I think all of them were really good. Some of it was a little too real, but I do feel we need more of these types of dramas at times.

You guys need to learn to get a hide IP program, but have no fear because I'm sure this will pop up in other places soon if you get what I'm saying. It might take a week, but I doubt it will take that long. :)
